Agatha closed the book, carelessly wrapping it with the cloth and shoving it back inside the bag.

The coven were too shocked to say anything, standing there in complete silence.

Agatha grinned at them triumphantly.

''See?'' she exclaimed.

''It's the truth''

Anadil nodded slowly, her eyes wide open.

''It is''

''So'', continued Agatha. ''Could you help figure this out?''

Hester frowned for a second, before replying.

''When did you find it?''

''It was actually Sophie that found it'' replied Agatha, turning to Sophie.

''She was-''

Agatha stopped short.

Sophie wasn't there.

''Sophie?'' she called out.

The other three looked around, confused.

''She isn't here'' stated Dot, still looking around.

"We can see that" snapped Anadil.

Agatha glanced at the door, which was swinging open.

She sprinted towards it, leaving the three girls standing there, thinking about what they had just witnessed.

Agatha rushed through the corridors, panting heavily.

Where was Sophie? Why had she left?

She caught a glance out of the window next to her. She was met with the sight of Sophie running through the parking lot.

Agatha groaned inwardly, before running towards the staircase.

This was ridiculous. What kind of reason would that ninny have to be sprinting through the parking lot, like her arse was on fire?

She finally caught up to her best friend, who was walking away from the parking lot, frowning.

Agatha jogged up to Sophie, now panting.

''Where did you disappear?'' she asked through heaving breaths, jogging up to Sophie.

Sophie looked up at Agatha, her eyes wide.

Any thoughts of berating Sophie disappeared from her mind, when she saw the shocked expression plastered upon her face.

''What happened?''

Sophie blinked. ''The butterfly. I saw it, Aggie!''

Agatha looked up at her, raising her eyebrow in confusion.

Sophie didn't notice. She was too busy staring into the distance to look back.

Agatha turned to see what she was staring at.

The parking lot was completely empty, save for a lone car, with an unfamiliar woman in a blue suit walking away from it.

Agatha snapped her fingers.

"Sophie-"

"That woman Aggie," interrupted Sophie, finally looking back at Agatha.

"There's something about her..."

Agatha's confused expression remained.

"That woman?" she asked, gesturing towards the woman in the blue suit.

Sophie nodded.

"The butterfly, it sat in her hair"

"So, you're worried because a butterfly sat in her hair?"

Sophie rolled her eyes at her best friend.

"It was a special butterfly," she protested.

"Right..."

"But that's not all," added Sophie.

"I feel like I know her. It's like we've met before, but I don't know where"

Agatha placed a hand on Sophie's shoulder.

"I'm sure it's nothing. Now, are you coming back inside, or what?"

Sophie nodded again, but still didn't take her eyes off of Evelyn.

Agatha gently urged her forward, and as they reached the doors, Sophie finally looked away from the woman.

Neither of them noticed Evelyn turn around to flash a knowing smile at them.

It wouldn't be long before they were in her clutches.
