We move on into another part of the building where theres a bed full of toys
"This is so sad" I sigh standing next to Elton as he goes to pick up a teddy
"Are we allowed to touch them?" he asks
"Yes but be very carful, some people decide to break things"
"Of course" Elton smiles as he moves a doll into view "Thea look"
"No" I turn my face away from him
"Thea look what it's missing"
"It's just a faceless doll" how D says this like it's nothing sends shivers down my spine. I move away from Elton and the bed full of dolls. D turns the spirit box back on "hello" she calls out, I stand as far away as I can from the bed
'Blue' 'Friends'
"Would you like to talk?"
"Can you move one of the balls?" Corbin asks, theres a short pause when Corbin talks again "here, I'll move it first, can you keep moving it" Corbin gently kicks the cat ball. When the lights go off we presume that noting will move the ball until the lights start flashing again
"That's really good" Corey comments before asking "could you move the ball closest to me?"
'Elton' I look at my brother after hearing that, the other boys repeating what was said confirming that I just heard my brothers name 'it's him'
"Is it hard to move the balls?" Brandon asks
'Trying'
"Did you just hear that?" Corey asks worriedly. I shake my head no
"Wait, what did you hear?" Brandon asks, Corey walks over to him and puts a hand on his shoulder. Corey whispers in his ear and Brandon nods his head and humming a yes sound meaning that they both hear the same thing.
We said goodnight and thank you to the spirit box, Corbin curiously asks
"We heard it at the exact same time" Brandon says first
"Then say it at the same time" Elton says looking at the boys
"1, 2, 3" Corey starts then they both say at the same time
"I't the devil"
"No, nope, nada, no thanks" I shake my head
"Maybe it thinks one of you guys are fooling them in someway"
"Do you think it could be because Elton currently has like 15 possessed demonic items with him in the car?" Corey asks D
"I have 2, don't exaggerate"
"I mean personally would prefer none at all"
"Last night at the light house the spirit box said the devil and then again tonight it said it's the devil"
"You guys are on your own now" D says. Elton has to convince D to do the seance. D lights up candles and as we walk into the circle of the candles we all feel the energy shift, but for me I get a headache
"Ow" I say getting out holding my head "it's like a high pitched sound is going in my ears. Corey steps in then stares at Evan, who steps back feeling a little scared
"You feel the difference in the energy? this is a protection circle we will start our seance. You will for no reason until I tell you, step out of that circle
"If it's a protection circle, why did we all feel heavier? and why did Thea hear that high pitched noise?"
"Trust me" is all D says which worries me "theres more energy inside that circle right now than there is outside here. So your stepping into energy which is going to make you fee heavier, and for Thea it actually might be todo with the peace of not trying to block anything out like she subconsciously is doing right now"
"What happens if we leave without you telling us to?" Brandon ask
"You break the circle and whatever is there is going home with you".
D hands Brandon a candle. Eventually we all sit down in the circle. I sit in between Corey's legs with my knees up against my chest
"We join here together to speak with the spirits of Pennhurst, we ask one of the spirits at Pennhurst to step into the circle, communicate the only way you can" D starts the seance, it's quite for a little bit as she explains different ways they can communicate with us. The candles begin to dance "thank you for blowing on the candle"
"Which one?" I ask
"This one here" D points to one which is directly in front of her
"Can you blow and make the the candle.. there you go" the candle flickers once again "who do you want to communicate with, point the flame" the candle points in a direction but as it's flickering it's kinda hard to decide if it's Elton or Brandon "can you touch them?" D asks again. I look over to Elton who has his eyes closed, he then moves around still eyes shut "you're feeling slightly uncomfortable"
"Yeah" Elton replies
"All the flames are pointing to Elton" Corey say holding me a little tighter
"I wonder why" Brandon mumbles looking up at the ceiling
"Come say hi then" Elton mutters, but loud enough that we can hear him. It's quiet for a little while until D says she feels like her legs are being moved. I then start to hear a muffled noise in my ear, thinking it's a bug I rub my ear
"Are you ok?" Corey asks me
"Yeah, dunno my ear is all muffled"
"Is someone trying to communicate with Thea?" D asks
"If you are I'm really sorry I can't understand what your saying to me, maybe try to be a little louder or use another way of communicating" I say aloud. It's silent, Elton starts to act a little weird, a running theme on this trip so far
"Are you ok?" D asks Elton making us all look at him
"Yeah" he replies "my head hurts"
"Do you feel anything touching you, like a hand on the back of your neck?" she asks to which he replies no and that he wishes he was feeling that
"If there's anyone in this circle thats with us right now, or anything around the circle, can you tap one time if you are a male and tap two times if you are a female" we listen out for any response to Corey's question "or tap three times if you are neither and you are something else" nothing happens. We try without the light, I look around and have a feeling of someone being in the chair behind Corey and I
"Theres something behind us, I think in the chair"
"Are you watching us?" Corbin asks
"Yeah, he is" I nod having the feeling to say yes and that it's male
"Do you not want to enter the circle with us?" Brandon asks
"No, he doesn't" I shake my head. Corey then sees a light flashing down the hall which half excites him half freaks him out. I look into the hall and see what he's on about
"William is here" I say feeling an urge to tell the group
"Hi William" D says "are you moving around us?"
"Yeah, he's by the hall now"
"Thank you for joining us" the muffling sound gets worse and my head starts to feel full and busy "To many of them trying to talk to me"
"Ok, everyone stand up but don't leave the circle yet" we do as D says and she ends the seance by saying thank you, we do the same and then we blow out the candles at the same time.
