MASON MOUNT IS A PRICK. He knew it, Elysia knew it and the general public knew it (thanks to the Sun). Yet when Elysia Daniels woke up, clad in his hoodie and held tightly in his arms, she couldn't bring herself to care.
She kept her eyes tightly shut as she pushed her face further into his chest, basking in the comfort that his scent brought to her. Elysia felt Mason move slowly underneath her - he got out of bed and substituted his body for a pillow that he hoped would keep her asleep as long as he needed it to.
As Mason crept out of the room he couldn't help but look backwards at the girl in his bed. Such a simple scene was like something out of a dream to him - Elysia was drowning in fabric from his hoodie and she cuddled into his pillows in his bed.
He felt like the luckiest man alive and he was determined to show Elysia just how much he felt for her.
