"I can easily ruin your group's reputation like he tried with mine. Don't tempt me."

"If you really must know where he is, you're out of luck. He left about an hour ago due to some...
personal matters." Jimin says slyly.

"Well I have a message for him- tell him I'm done playing his game. And if he even thinks of pulling one more thing, I won't hesitate to tell your manager about his tabloid scandal." I exit the room and head back to my car.

After a few tries of trying to start the engine, my car completely dies. I step out and notice a note on my windshield. It reads:

This is only the beginning Soobin. You stole so much from me, I'm just taking it back.

TAEHYUNG POV:

Y/N may not remember, but I do. I remember everything.

I remember her crossing the street and being so distracted by her phone that she got hit. I felt numb by the shock but I managed to move my frozen feet off the ground and ran as fast as I could, heart racing, and held her unconscious body in my arms. Even close to death she was beautiful. Her hair still laid perfectly on her face somehow, as if the moment was stuck in time. The moment however was brief. I yelled out for help and called the ambulance. I held her limp hand all the way to the hospital and stayed there every single night waiting for her to wake up.

I discovered her name was Y/N, and she was studying to become a music producer. I wanted to know more- everything I possibly could about her. I felt responsible for her somehow... I wanted to protect her from that moment on.

But of course that was before Soobin was ever in the picture.

When she was still in a coma I had our year-long world tour. I promised her that I would visit as soon as I came back, and prayed every night she'd finally awaken and be healthy again.

But during that year, she did wake up. Except her brother Yeonjun debuted in a kpop group and she got close with one of his fellow members and my ex best friend... Soobin.
