Richard stopped his car in front of the Central Hospital where Nate's mom worked as a doctor. He shut off the engine, and they sat there in the car for a couple of minute in silence, looking at each other, smiling goofily, before Nate kissed him on the cheek and got out of the vehicle with a quick "Bye!"
Richard watched him with a fond smile on his face as Nate crossed the road but stopped and ran to the side of the building. With a concern, he watched Nate standing there as his mom tended a patient who seemed to just got out of the ambulance on a stretcher.
His mom, Becky, shook her head and sent off the patient into the building, did then she noticed Nate. She kissed him on his forehead before talking to him, who nodded his head but stood there even after Becky left.
Richard decided to call and ask what was wrong with his boyfriend or if he was alright.
