❛𝐏oi𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: a system for ranking candidates on basis of points.
✦➭(𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐘𝐮𝐤𝐢𝐦𝐢 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲) After getting selected as the member of the community each and every person will be given points according to their:
• Hard works •Attendance •Promoting •Activeness in terms of tasks •Meetings.
Members with high points will be promoted to higher levels like: L1, L2..upto L10. L1 is the highest level. The top 3 members will get special benefits. The points will go down each time if they fail in doing so.
❛𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭: securing the lowest point among the other candidates. ✦➭ Members with the least point will be summoned for trial. If they fail to give valid reasons they get a suspension or in extreme situation a kick out.
❛𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤: a method used to know how active one individual is.
✦➭ Active checks will be done frequently, even the ones on holidays will have to do the active check and those who will fail to do so will be questioned by the co-founders in the interrogation room.
❛𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: written account of something that one has observed. ✦➭ Each department will be given a specific day in a week when they have to submit the weekly reports of the respective departments. The ones who will fail to give the reports two times consecutively will be removed from the heads position instantly.
❛𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: activity of striving to win something by defeating others.
✦➭ Now onwards, Inter-department competitions will be held on a regular basis. Points and special prizes will be awarded to the winners.
❛𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞: belonging specifically to a particular person or place or thing. ✦➭ Every Department will be recognized with a special name.
