Mini Korean Corn Dogs

I love dishes that are simple and easy to make. I was killing several pirates in the Americas, during the 1500's when I started to learn of their culinary food. I then visited Korea in modern day America and learned of the niche hot dogs they had there. Wanting to dabble I discovered these joys!

Difficulty: Easy

1 egg

4 teaspoons salt

1 tspn of baking powder

Tbsp of sugar

Half cup of milk

Half a cup of Flower

Hot Dogs

Toothpicks

Oil

Pinco crumbs

To start off take your milk, sugar, salt, baking powder and add them into a bowl and mix it should look like a mess and be somewhat thin.


Then take your hot dog and cut it into thirds.

Add flower and then shake it. Take your powdered hot dog and place it inside the tooth pick.

Then smother it in the batter and roll off the exces. Dip in pinco crumbs then put it into a boiling fryer until it looks golden brown sprinkle with sugar and then your done.
