i'm on a stove top
and hand's on the dial
turning it all the way up
i hold onto the grates
and bear what you do to me
burn alive to prove i can take it
take your trauma
let you char me
so you can see i'm not going to leave you
but now i'm starting to see
you're never going to turn off the fire
or thank me for the trial
you're gonna keep watching me burn alive
or just forget you left the stove on
