" Why exactly did the water demon kill your children?" Aiden asked

"He wanted me to offer myself to him." The queen said looking away" he threatened me with my daughters and even after doing his bidding, he killed my daughters."

" The same way the sons of the demon of lust asked for my body in exchange for saving my family and that is why I don't understand why you should let him come here." She grumbled

" I need you to give back Irene's spirit." Aiden told her

" I can't. You know what will happen if I do,don't you?" Ephilia wore a serious look.

" Can we please discuss this while  seating?" Alycia grumbled and they all sat down

" I do but.."

"It's good you do and so I can't." Ephilia said plainly cutting Aiden in

" I can promise you nothing bad will happen, her condition is getting worse day by day." Aiden told her.

" If she is whole again. Her blood will be useful to any powerful creature that drinks it, and I won't let that happen. I had to do that so your brothers or other demons won't attack her and gain full strength. "Ephilia explained.

" There should be ways to prevent that without the poor girl having to suffer. That is not the way our coven does things..." The queen said

" I quit the coven the moment I lost those  I loved." She cut the queen in.

" Revenge won't help...."

" If revenge is what you want since Irene was born with the spirit of Evanna, she should be able to kill demons since her ancestor could. She could help you with your revenge." Alycia briskly said not giving the queen the chance to complete her statement.

"Yes I know but it doesn't change the fact that she could be manipulated or possessed." Ephilia told them.

" Shall I then pledge my loyalty to protect her? No demon or other creatures will come near her." Aiden said

" Why are you interested in helping her? all this is none of your business" Ephilia glared

" Her blood was used to save my mother, you basically threatened me. I do not wish for anyone to suffer because of me and we could have spoken well and sorted this out long ago but you just disappeared. It was wrong to use me for your own personal reasons, I hope you know that." Aiden said

" That was the only way you'd agree, we all know how precious our dear ones are and it wasn't selfish of me, the universe was at stake besides she wouldn't have helped you I'd you told her the truth ." Ephilia scoffed

" Enough arguing, surely there was be a way." The queen said

" Remember if the demons find that part of her then we're really doomed because it will be without warning. I personally think making her whole again and then watching her time to time is a good idea." Alycia shrugged then silence filled the room.

" They won't be able to find it." Ephilia said sharply

" Don't underestimate demons." Aiden told her

" Oh! How could I forget they're cunning lowly creatures." Ephilia rolled her eyes and Aiden sighed

" So what do you say,if we team up I assure you nothing will happen. I will help you get revenge as well if that's what you want. As long as you do what is required if you." Aiden told her

" Trying to trade by barter. How can I trust you?" She scowled

" Because he never breaks his promise." Alycia smiled at Aiden

" I can vouch for him as well." The queen added

Ephilia rolled her eyes" how do we get her here then?"

"Leave that to me." They heard a voice from the far end of the hall and they spun around

"Miles." Aiden said

"How did you get here and how long have you been standing there?" Alycia asked

" Since your emotional drama began. It was hilarious believe me." Miles smirked

" I'll get Irene."he added

" If anything bad happens I won't think twice before destroying you."
" I need to go, please lift the spell." Ephilia told the queen

" Who said you're leaving? This is your home." The queen gave her a warm smile with hope in her eyes.

"I'm leaving before this gets any more touchy." Miles said before leaving

" Thank you. Till we meet in a few days." Aiden smiled and disappeared

" I'll be taking my leave as well." Alycia politely bowed then disappeared through a mist. Ephilia looked at her aunt emotionless without saying a word.

A/N
Okay? So Ephilia and the queen sort of buried the hatchet. It was really hard for me to write this chapter that's why I delayed it I didn't know how to put the whole thing through but I hope you liked it anyway and I believe things are becoming clear to you.

I'm really exhausted and tired guys. These days things get so stressful. I'll update the next chapter tonight.
