Nicole's POV :
It was Monday after school, and I was in the backyard playing basketball. I love basketball, it's so much fun. It's like one of my favourite sport. I was playing for a while, then suddenly, I slipped and fell. Ouch!! My arm is killing me. Suddenly out of nowhere I fainted. Everything was pitch black.
Dad's POV :
I was walking to the kitchen to make some lemonade for Nicole. I figured she might be thirsty, because she's been playing basketball for a while. When I finished making the lemonade, I put the jug and two cups on a tray, and headed to the backyard. As I opened the door, I froze and dropped the tray. Nicole was lying on the cold hard ground. It was freezing outside, and she looked like she just fainted. I quickly called the ambulance, and went to the hospital with her. I'm so worried. I wonder what happened. I'm such an irresponsible father. I hope she's okay. Oh god, please let Nicole be okay.
What if Nicole's mother finds out. She's so gonna kill me. We finally arrived at the hospital. They rushed Nicole to emergency. I had to wait outside the emergency room. What seemed like forever, the doctor came out.
"Is Nicole okay?" I asked worriedly.
"There is nothing to be worried about, she's totally fine."
"Really?!"
"Yup, she's only broken her arm"
I fainted on the spot, like I mean I legit fainted. I have never experienced anyone of my family members breaking their arm, let alone my daughter. Suddenly someone splashed ice cold water on my face.
"Oii, what was that for?"
"You fainted," the nurse said bluntly.
"It doesn't mean you splash water on my face, ice cold water may I add,"
"Well we couldn't have the guardian fainting as well," said the doctor, walking in.
"True," said the nurse.
"How is she now?" I asked.
"She's totally fine, would you like to see her? We wrapped the cast on her arm,"
"That's what you said before, you said she was totally fine, and she only broke her arm."
"Anyways, follow me," he said trying to change the subject.
"Fine,"
I followed the doctor to Nicole's hospital room. I hope she's okay. As we reached Nicole's hospital room, i rushed to her.
"Nic! Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine,"
"That's good, I was worried sick,"
"Don't worry, when are we going back home?"
"About an hour later,"
"Can I please not go school tomorrow?"
"Sure,"
"Thanks dad,"
"No problem,"
"How long do I have to leave the cast on for?"
"About 6 weeks,"
Nicole's POV:
"Okay,"
"I have to speak to some doctors. I'll be back in half an hour,"
"Sure,"
Oh no. I have to stay in this cast for 6 weeks. It kills, and this cast is so annoying. Ugh. But on the bright side, I've always wanted a cast, so my friends can sign it. I took a selfie on snapchat and posted it on my story. For the caption I wrote 'oh no, broke my arm'. Then I took another selfie and posted it on Instagram. Five minutes later, I got 'get well soon' messages. So to waste time, I replied to them, thanking them. I then texting my friends in our kik group.
N- Haii guys, guess who broke their arm..

After texting them, dad walked in with a get well soon teddy bear, and flowers.
"Here's a little get well soon present,"
"Thanks dad, love you!"
"No problem, love you more. I have to quickly run an errand I'll be back when I'm done, and we'll go home. Is that okay with you?"
"Yup, it's fine,"
