you fall for me
You fall for a new reality
You fell for a dream
Then you kept on dreaming
You loved the art more than the drawing
You made the story more than you spoke any words
You drowned in the waters
You wanted to reach for the surface
I said for you to grab a hold of my hand and I would pull you back up
You said to me you wanted to get lost in the sea
To feel the waves against your skin
Only to see if you could swim
You let the ocean floor be your heaven
Yet you still didn't learn how to swim
Come back to me don't you leave me
Will you return back to earth or will you dream of being a merman instead of me being your mermaid?
