AniOm laughed seeing Ru face it was a day when he tried to prank on Bhavi but ended up beaten up by her

Ru-"You know what I don't want to talk to any of you" saying he left making them halt their laugh and chuckle

Om-"Alright I go see the girls and see the dumble you both be back quick"

AniAru nodded their head and Aru disconnected the call

Aru-"Before you start I didn't know he would say he'll join us"

Ani-"Idiot its Rudy he never say No to food especially Italian"

Soon they reached the hospital and went to meet the doc

Entering inside they greeted doc

"Hi Miss Trivedi your brother informed me about your symptoms and test for a safer side I run some tests and later we can see how far you are" saying she took Ani with her

After what felt like ages both doc and Ani came back and took their seat

"Congratulation you are 3 weeks pregnant"

Ani smiled and caressed her belly, where Aru was grinning he is uncle now and he will spoil his niece or nephew

Doc asked her to lay down on bed, she put some gel on her belly and did a scan

"You see that dot over there" she pointing at the screen

Ani looked at the screen and smiled when she heard

"That's your baby"

Doc scanned and wiped the gel where Aru helped Ani sit

"Everything seems fine, I recommend you have proper meal and maintain your diet, avoid eating junk, I prescribe your diet chart for this week and medicine, follow that and next come for regular check up" both AniAru nodded their head

Doc prescribed the medicine and chart and gave it to Aru, and again she congratulates Ani

Coming out of the room Ani hugged Aru

"I still can't believe I'm mother, me and Shiv going to have a baby"

Aru smiled and patted her head, he could see the happiness on his baby sis face, she was excited for the baby

"I can see that but like doc said no more junk and strict diet"

Ani whined and pouted

"Hazit you are still a kid who carrying a tiny soul inside her I so pity Shiv how will he handle two babies" saying he chuckled

"Shut up you idiot" she hissed and hit his arms

Both went out laughing rather say Aru teasing his baby sis, what they failed to notice is certain person watched them enter the doc room and waited outside for them to emerge and heard their talk

That person's eyes turned red and hands fisted in frustration 

That person couldn't take the news, body boiled in anger, seeing the retreating fig of twins that person followed them till out and saw them laughing, their laugh was like taunt.

Looking at the car drove from the person sight, that person smiled wickedly and said
