this is a cake recipe called "chocotorta" really comon from were I'm from
And all you need is
- flat chocolate cookies
- cream cheese
- coffee, chocolate milk or milk
- caramel sauce or dulce de leche
what you do is mix the caramel sauce or dulce de leche with the cream cheese to form a paste. then you make cofee, chocolate milk or just plain milk whatever you choose and you dip the cookies in the liquid of your choice and make as many layers as you want to interleaving cookies and the paste. then you leave it in the frige a couple of hours before serving.
