When He Is Jealous Of Your Guy Friend

We sat down on the only empty bench at the park. It was quite pleasant, usually only couples came there for quick dates.

"Can I sip from your coffee?" My boyfriend poked my arm.

"Sure." I brought my hand closer to him so he could reach the straw easily.

*Sip Sip* "Umm it's tastier than mine."

"Jungkook, we literally got the same ones." I shot him a straight face, "Is this supposed to be another of your blah pickup lines?"

"Yes. Then, maybe the sweetness of your lips added the extra taste." He cheekily smiled, sipping his own coffee and looking at me with his big doe eyes.

"You're soo cheesy!" I giggled, returning back to my drink, "By the way, it's exactly 4:30pm. You asked me to be your alarm." I looked at my wrist watch which he'd gifted me on my birthday last week.

"It's 4:30 already? Hold on. I need to call my boss to keep up with the 'work from home' excuse I gave so we could hang out." He placed his cup beside me and stood up to walk to a little distance.

I waited there for a few minutes, scrolling through pictures that my friend posted. She's currently out at Cabo with her man for a three day trip.

Someone settled on the empty space beside me. Sensing him not to be Jungkook, I immediately looked up.

"Didn't expect to meet you here Y/n." He said, dramatically looking side ways at me. Typical Zane.

"OH MY GOD." I jumped off the seat in excitement, "Zane!!!" I hugged him, who'd stood up too.

"How is my girl?" He patted my back in the hug.

"I'm good! How are you!?" I asked as we sat back, "What brought you here!?"

"I'm good too! I'm here to meet someone." He sheepishly scratched his nape.

"Ohh! Are you dating? Who is the lucky one?" I teased, nudging his shoulder with mine.

"Ahh. His name is Josh. We met online and he's kind of courting. So, we finally decided to meet." He explained with a bright smile.

"That's nice! Did you come out to your family then? I remember you said you wouldn't date till your parents approved." I recalled a few memories from the past.

"Yes I did! And apparently, they're SOO supportive about me being gay."

"That's really good to hear. I'm glad everything went well for you!"

"AND!" He squeaked out, "How are you here missy? I see two cups so don't try to bluff!" He pointed to and fro between the cup in my hand and one beside me on the bench.

"I'm here with my boyfriend!" I blushed.

"Ohhh, whooo? It's been soo long since we've talked, we need to do a lot of catching up."

"Jungkook." Taking his name, brought butterflies in my tummy.

"OH MY GOD! FOR REAL? JUNGKOOK? THAT HOTTIE YOU USED TO SIMP OVER FROM YOUR SCHOOL?" He asked, palming his mouth.

"Yes!"

"Where is he!? He must have gotten even hotter now." Zane looked left and right.

"There." I pointed at the straight lip faced man slowly walking in our direction.

"UFF. He definitely is super hot. Keep him safe or I'll steal him-" He threatened, being interrupted by the ring of his phone. The same old 'lolipop' ringtone.

"Looks like Josh is here?" I teased.

"Yes! Y/n, let's catch up on drinks tomorrow night! I'm in town only till day after." He made a puppy face.

"You don't have to make that face, I am more than willing to see you tomorrow!" I stood up along with him before we hugged and bid our byes.

I sat back down not a few seconds before Jungkook took his seat again. But this time- he was grumpy, "Who was he?"

"An old friend. Zane, he shifted out back in high school." I casually stated.

"Ohh. He's soo touchy. You know I get jelous easily." He sounded angry.

"Jelous? That I should be. He found you hot."
