Analise's POV

My eyes opened lightly as I tried moving my body only to be unsuccessful. A groan escaped me as I opened my eyes properly and took in my surrounding.

The new room.

My new room.

The weight around me- Alexander's hand.

Somehow, from our position where we fell asleep, I managed to end up sleeping on top of him. My head was resting on his chest as his hands were wrapped around me. Despite the fact that he was asleep, his hold around me way still tight and our legs were locked together.

I smiled lightly as I rested my chin on his chest, my fingers tracing his jaw as I remembered last night. My finger stopped in their track as I recalled that he marked me last night. As the thoughts and feelings from last night resurfaced, I felt my cheeks heat up.

'Our mark!' Crescent said happily in my mind and I let out a small laugh.

"Xander." I said, not earning any reply or even his usual grunt.

I rolled my eyes. "Xander." I said in a singsong voice, poking his cheek with my finger. He groaned, shifting slightly.

"Wake up." I poked once again and he slapped my hand away, grunting, making me laugh.

"Wake up teddy bear." I smiled as I pinched his cheek instead of poking.

I let out a startled yelp as I found myself under him in a split second. He had an eyebrow raised at me while I beamed at him. "Teddy bear?" He said in a groggy voice.

"Yes. Cute, little, teddy bear." I cooed as I pinched both his cheeks with my hands.

He grabbed my hands in one and locked them both above my head while I gave him an innocent look. "Morning teddy bear." I teased as he released a sigh, shaking his head.

He leaned down and pecked my lips. "So you like the nickname then." I said excitedly as he pulled back.

"Don't let it get to your head." He pinned me with a glare that had me laughing. "I just happen to love you and your voice."

"Spoken like a true teddy bear." He was about to say something but I stopped him, "Get up, I have to see something."

"What? It is so early and I am not ready to let you go."

"Are you serious right now?" I deadpanned. His eyes fell to my neck and I saw his lips tug into a smile as he looked at the mark he left. He leaned down and kissed it lightly. "I want to see it."

He chuckled as he got off me, helping me up. I walked past him into the bathroom and stood in front of the mirror. It was beautiful.

Since Alexander was not a werewolf with canines, the mark was not like what other werewolves had but it was not very large but it was a bit deep. The mark was unique as it consisted of my wolf, Cresent and a person, more precisely the inner demon of Alexander- Elias-, pressing his forehead against that of Crescent as the moon was shining its serene rays over them. "It is so beautiful." I said in a whisper as I saw Alexander enter.

He stood behind me. "It truly is."

"I am talking about the mark." I said, pointing to my neck as I realised that his eyes were fixed on me.

"And I am talking about the person wearing my mark." He had a smug smile on his face and I refrained from rolling my eyes at him. "It means, you are all mine now."

I turned around, facing him. I leaned against the counter as an idea popped in my mind out of nowhere. "What are you thinking about now?"

"Uhh nothing." I said awkwardly as I realised how ridiculous the idea sounded.
