Lee Hoon was discharged the following day, with the only instruction from the doctor that they return to the hospital if he feels something amiss.

Joo In-ah took over caring for him like a personal nurse and chef. "Just rest, I'll handle everything," she ordered. "I did some cleaning while you were still confined so your room should be okay, but if there's any dust just tell me okay?"

"I'm fine. The doctor said I'm all good," Hoon gently reminded. "I even asked if I can have sex and he said yes!"

In-ah stopped fussing around and her eyes widened at this. "You asked that? Do you swear?!"

"Yes! He laughed a little but I told him I have my priorities," Hoon declared proudly.

In-ah pinched his side. "You! The doctor might find us weird!"

"Why?! He's a doctor! He knows it's normal," he defended. "Besides, he's seen that I have a beautiful girlfriend and I need to keep her satisfied. I don't want to leave her hanging."

In-ah grinned, "Oh you! But! Let me feed you first and then you can get naked and make love to me all night."

Hoon grinned and clapped his hands. "OKAY THEN! I'LL TAKE A SHOWER!"

He scrubbed everything — the back of his ears, the folds in his arms and legs and most especially his crotch and crack. Nothing will put her off! he swore. They hadn't been intimate in weeks and this was going to be their night!

He couldn't help but chuckle. "Look at you. Nervous as if it were your first time." Checking his reflection, he styled his hair the way he did when he was younger. "I used to get girls falling for me with this hairstyle! Maybe In-ah will fall in love with me all over again like this."

Chuckling at his silliness, he mumbled, "God, I love her so much. I hope I don't disappoint her tonight."

When he went down to check on In-ah, he found her busy making the table nice with flower arrangements and candles, and filled with any food he might crave for. Hugging her from behind, he kissed her ear and whispered, "Looks yummy."

"Our food? Or me?" She teased.

"Both," he said, continuing to kiss her neck. "But you above everything."

Joo In-ah giggled and turned in his arms to face him. "No need to sweet talk me. I'll sleep with you." They shared a laugh before she suddenly became serious and asked, "Are you really okay? I was so worried."

"I'm okay," he reassured her once more. "How about you? I'm sure the past weeks have been stressful."

In-ah almost broke down then. The strength she had mustered up all those days of their separation started crumbling when Hoon was hurt and now... it was time to let go of that stress and the uncertainty if their still new relationship would stand this test. The situation had been difficult for both of them and she was glad it was now over and they were still together. "I hated every second I had to 'date' him," she said, even though she had not hidden it from him.
