Reconnaissance.

He never thought he would be using this to track her but here he was. According to Pyo Chi Su and the schedules he found on the internet, the actor will arrive at the venue at 5pm but fans usually line up much earlier.

Checking the venue, he found that it was a small place and will hold 50 fans inside. The rest will have to line up the streets around to get a view of the guy.

Min Tae Gu arrived at around noon. Two hours later, he had decided on two spots -- one where the fans would enter and exit, and another that gave him a good view of the street leading to where the actor is expected to exit. He had a feeling Jang-mi would know this by now.

He remained on the look out for the face he had been dreaming of for the past couple of weeks but none stood out so far.

About 30 minutes before the start, as the crowds started to  increase, he finally found her near the side streets.

Min Tae Gu couldn't help but smile when he saw her face. She looked as beautiful as he remembered.

She looked peeved though and seemed to be gazing at everyone suspiciously.

Now, this part he didn't have a plan for. How did he approach her?

It was her first time out in over two weeks, opting to rely on food deliveries to sustain her for the period.

She could cook but that reminded her too much of Min Tae Gu. She no longer had work so there really was no need to go out.

Except that day when she missed him terribly.

What Baek Jang-mi realized is that, even if her tears seemed to be unlimited falling even when she was on the treadmill, she reached a point where she was just tired of crying. She wanted to see him... even if just to check if he was as miserable as she was.

She went to the pawnshop hoping to get a glimpse of him. When he arrived, she saw that he was still as handsome as she remembered. When he turned his back, she found herself being pulled.

Inch-by-inch, she moved closer to him but Pyo Chi Su suddenly appeared so suddenly that she let out a low growl. Luckily, the annoying man was oblivious to Baek Jang-mi and just went on his way to the shop.

The disruption was enough to deter her from making her presence known to Min Tae Gu. Still, on instinct, she took his wallet.

She will return it, she promised herself. She just needed to hold something that he owned to make her feel close to him again.
