"Ok I'll be there in a bit"

I hung up.

"So?" Tubbo asked.

I ignore what he said and walked over to the lady in charge.

"Hey, so the wedding's cancelled, something came up. If the reception area is already set up then just tell the guests to go there instead."

"Oh, sure."

"If you don't mind me asking though, what came up?"

The lady just nods and walks over to the aisle.

"Wilbur, tubbo come with me"

We walk over to the car, Wilbur going in the Drivers seat, I was in the front passenger seat, and tubbo was in the back.

"So, where we headed?"

I look up directions for the hospital.

"Here" I put it down near wilbur.

I didn't even make eye contact with them the whole time.

Wilbur started driving.

I felt tears forming in my eyes.

It instantly dried up cause of the cold air conditioning.

Akward silence, heavy breathing was all I could hear.

~ 5:10 p.m.~

We were finally at the hospital.

"Hi miss"

"Hello, how may I help you"

"I'm looking for Randy Samuels."

The lady lookes at a pile of papers, scanning through each one.

"Randy, Randy, Randy, Samuels, Samuels, here. Follow me"

Wilbur, Tubbo and I follow the nurse to His room.

I was the first one to enter.

Wilbur and tubbo stayed outside while I was in the room.

I see him, his mom, and his dad on three separate hospital beds.

"They were dead on arrival, the car crashed into a tree. A branch stabbed him in the neck. His Parents' heads got stuck in the windows."

"Thank you"

The nurse leaves the room.

I quickly rush over to him.

My tears were now dripping, the change of temperature was evident.

"Hi Bub"

"I'm sorry, I rushed you."

"I just want you back"

I started sobbing.

I held his hand and rose it up to my face.

I let my lips rest in his hand.

"Please come back"

I started sobbing even more.

Now I started sobbing into his chest.

"We can go home, watch a movie, or just cuddle until we fall asleep"

I feel someone's arm on my back.

"I can't come back James, but soon you'll be with me"

I lift my head

Soon enough Wilbur and Tubbo came in.

I couldn't handle him leaving me.
