The only female of the three most popular members of C.H.E.R.U.B, Keenie was introduced to Bendy by Collin when she and her co-workers encountered the Ink Demon and I.M.P when the two sides feuded over Lyle Lipton's life, though as the human was killed by the three angel's hands, they were banished from Heaven. Keenie and her compatriots resided in Hell as Bendy and his friends tried to help them return to Heaven, eventually managing to do so and even allowing the three to visit Hell from time to time and even help Bendy when needed. Though reluctant of the Ink Demon when they first met, Keenie now sees Bendy in a brighter light and holds him in high regards, getting along with most of the female of the Hazbin Hotel, especially Charlie, wo she sees as her 'best friend'.
