Baal sits by a huge cherry blossom tree, the purple mattress she had been sitting on was dirty and full of petals.

Cold purple eyes turn soft at the sight of (h/c) hair.

"(Name)."

You brightly smile at her making her smile back.

"Ei! Come, look at this."

Curious, she begins to stand up and walk towards you, her eyes widen slightly as she sees a small fox pup at your arms.

"Where is its mother?"

You give her a sad smile.

"It died."

Her eyes soften, as she runs her hand over the light orange fur of the pup on your arms, making the small pup yawn and cuddle closer to you.

"What are you going to do with it?"

She asks, the hand she used to pet the pup was now placed on your cheek as she softly caressed it.

"Mm.. I'll take care of it! I can't leave it alone, can I?"

She smiles and places a small kiss on your lips.

"Take good care of it, alright?"

Baal regularly visits the house you reside in, checking on you and the small fox.

"It sure has grown a lot hasn't it?"

She softly says one day while she lays her head on your shoulder while you two watch the fox.

"Mhm...."

You chuckle, making her look at you, obviously confused.

"What's wrong?"

"It almost feels like it's our child, you sound so proud."

She kisses you softly on the lips.

"Of course I am, who wouldn't be?"

You laugh at her before snuggling closer to her.

Baal intensely stares at the almost lifeless body that lays on her arms, almost if she can't believe what had happened.

Her eyes look at the huge wound on your stomach.

"Ei."

You weakly call out to her making her focus her attention on you.

"(Name)... We'll get some help for you, alright? Please, stay alive."

She begins to blame herself, she shouldn't have made you fight with her.

"Ei."

You weakly call out again, now cupping her cheek.

She breaks down in front of you.

"Please, stay alive (name). I can't lose you too."

You smile sadly at her.

"I'm sorry, Baal. I'm sorry."

Lifeless purple eyes blankly stare at a master less vision, she softly traces the scratches.

A fox softly nudges its head against her leg making her eyes soften sadly.

"I miss her too. A lot."

The fox makes a small whimper and Baal scratches the top of its head.

"I'm sorry, I didn't get to protect her. I'm sorry I didn't try harder."
