~the strictly curse~

y/n is a professional dancer on strictly, she is 21 years old and started the show in 2019.

Y/Ns POV
so today was a big day on strictly, it's the final. Sadly this year I did not make it to the final I was eliminated in week 4 with my partner Max George but tonight we are gonna be able to dance with all of the other eliminated contestants.

As I walked into the studio I saw one of my best friends and fellow professional Nadiya waving at me as she was about to walk in, so she waited for me.

"Morning gorgeous" she greeted me with a hug

"Morning Nads how are you" I asked her

"Y/N I'm good now let's go in and get strictlified!!" Nadiya said as she grabbed my hand and walked inside

as me and Nadiya walked through the studio hand in hand stopping on the dance floor to get some photos for the insta we waved at all our fellow pros and contestants who we haven't seen in a while. Then we walked past Hrvy one of the finalists so we stopped for a chat

"Morning Harv, how you feeling about today?" I asked him

"Hey y/n, Nadiya I'm feeling....nervous" he answered

"There's no need to be nervous you're amazing Harv" I said to him with a little tap on the shoulder, then me mad nads walked away to hair and make-up

HRVYs POV
as she walked away hand in hand with Nadiya I couldn't stop looking at her, she's gorgeous. Before I came onto the show my friends and family were convinced I would be partnered with y/n as we were the same age, but I wasn't buts it's ok because we do speak to each other

It then hit me that I was still staring at her, well the back of her, I wasn't  t the first to notice it looked like Nadiya had turned around and realised before I did. I just gave a little smile and walked towards my dressing room where I saw Janette (my dance partner) topping up some make up

"HAPPY FINAL DAYYYY!!" she said and hugged me
Janette knew that I had feelings for y/n so she was always giving me advice on what to do, but today I've realised more than ever I need advice on how to confess my feelings for her.

Y/Ns POV
"I'm telling you know honey he was staring" Nadiya said to me whilst Liv was doing my make up

"Nads I'm not saying I don't believe you but why would he stare at me?" I asked

"Erm cause you're fricking gorgeous hun, and your single" she replied with a smirk

"Nadiya I'm not gorgeous, and just cause he looked at me doesn't mean he has feeling for me"

"He wasn't looking, he was staring, like proper staring" she replied with the eyes

I was just scrolling through Instagram whilst my hair was being curled, Nadiya had been called somewhere, so I was also speaking to Liv who was doing my hair. Then I saw Max George my partner walk into the room

"Delivery for Miss y/n y/l/n" he said with a smile and open arms, I then realised he had some lovely flowers in his hand addressed to me.

so I got up and ran to him giving him a hug "thank you so much max, you was a superstar to teach"

as I sat back to have my hair done Max had gone for his costume and Nadiya had returned

"Ooh lovely flowers, are they from Harvey" she said with a smirk

"Not this again nads" I laughed whacking her arm slightly

"hang on a second" Dianne (a fellow pro dancer) budged in our conversation "you and Harvey!"she squealed

"Noooo! it's Nadiya saying it because he was staring at me before apparently" I said as I picked back up my phone

"Honestly y/n I've heard him talk about you and I've seen the way he looks at you...

*TIME SKIP TO THE END OF THE SHOW*
so Bill and Oti were announced as this years winners. All of our cast on the dance floor hugging all the finalists and when I got to Harvey, I don't know what was up but since my conversation with Nadiya and Dianne I felt weird..as if I as well had feelings but what I'd he didn't I dunno
"Congrats Harvey" I said quietly as a shot him a small smile and walked away

HRVYs POV
I can't just let her walk away I need to say this now, even though there's people all over the floor
"Y/n wait"I said as I grabbed her wrist, she gave me a smile and looked back at me with her beautiful eyes. Durning this time I managed to not just grab her attention but also Janette and Nadiyas

"What's up Harvey?" she asked me

"Listen y/n your gonna think I'm stupid but honestly since I started this show..err.. I'm just going to say it I have feeling for you, I think your an amazing dancer, your gorgeous on the inside and out and so amazing, so, so amazing y/n. So I was wondering if you'd like to go out sometime?" Finally I got  it off my chest, she had the biggest smile across her face and Janette looked so proud of me, Nadiya was happy for her best friend y/n

"Harvey I'd love to" she smiled at me holding my hand
But I couldn't help it, I pulled her close to me and kissed her on the lips with my hands on her waist, she kissed back but I felt her smile

As possibly all the pro girls were surrounded around us cheering for y/n
"GIO YOU OWE ME £5" Katya screened as we all laughed
