Childe x Lumine short-stories

Brand new city P1 (Snezhayan! Fatui! Lumine x Childe)

The girl awoke to snow falling on her face. Sitting up, she stretched and looked around, trying to recall events prior.

There was a fall.

She wasn't next to her brother anymore.

Panic quickly settled in her mind as she tried to figure out what to do. She's been in the snow for what, hundreds of years? Maybe even thousands? Lumine had to figure out what to do, how to get her brother back, where she was... but the urge to sleep quickly overcame the girl. Then, before closing her eyes, she heard muffled yelling in the background.

"Мама, там девочка в снегу!" (Mama, there's a girl in the snow!)

Lumine awoke to a warm fire. Looking around, she saw 4 pairs of wide blue eyes staring at her. The outlander tried to sit up, but her body ached, and the couch was too comfortable. "I- where.. Who are you people..?" The blonde said as she attempted to string together words, finding it difficult to process what's happening.

"She's real pretty Mama!" The youngest girl exclaimed excitedly, scooting close to Lumine. "I'm Tonia! I found you in the snow."

"I'm Teucer! When you feel better, can we play Mr. Cyclopses?" He asked while showing her the toy.

"Alright kiddos, go help the older kids with dinner okay? Don't overwhelm the girl."

Regaining her composure, Lumine managed to sit up. "I'm Lumine, thank you for saving me.. Unfortunately, I don't know how I can repay you."

The woman's voice went to a low whisper, "You could date my middle child! Ajax, real sweet but needs some stability in his life."

Lumine turned a bright red, "Oh I-" "I'm just kidding dear, but think about it alright? My name is Alina. Call me if you need anything, alright?"

Once again, Lumine was left to her own thoughts. From the commotion in the kitchen, she could make out around.. 7 siblings in total? The father was somewhere outside, and the mother was trying to calm everyone down.

Lumine glanced to the opening of the kitchen when their voices lowered to a hushed whisper. Then, one by one, multiple ginger-covered heads peered from the corner. Lumine stared at them before they quickly retreated back into the kitchen.

The outlander sat up and off the couch, realizing her original clothes were gone. She panicked for a second before realizing her formerly wet clothes were most likely the reason she was developing hypothermia anyways. The girl could only hope that the mother changed her. She was in a cute pajama set with a soft button-up and long pants, along with fluffy socks.

Feeling better now but pretty hungry, the blonde made her way to the kitchen and saw complete chaos. Everyone turned to look at her, a total of 7 siblings. Tonia, Anthon, Teucer, Ajax, Nikil, Ava, and Ira.

"Good afternoon, Girlie! Glad to see someone is awake."

Ajax was the first to speak and be pinched by his older sister, Ava. "Be quiet you troublemaker, we don't wanna overly excite her. Mom is bringing a doctor tomorrow m'kay?"

The harbinger rolled his eyes and began to set the table, each sibling doing their part. The young kids put silverware on the table and napkins, while the older ones grabbed the plates and served the food. Finally, the entire family was around the table. Plus Lumine.

"I- I'm so thankful that you guys saved me. Once dinner is over, may someone bring me to the nearest statue? I need to pray."

"Ajax knows the land better than any of us, he'll take you." Alina said with a soft smile, assigning Ajax to the job. Not that he was complaining or anything. Lumine was pretty cute. "Thank you, Her Royal Highness, Tsaritsa, for the meal today." Ajax said before the entire family dug into Calla Lily Seafood Soup.
