Seeing Love Differently

Lavender and Semus came and we all had a good time we also all danced together. Lavender and Ron, Ginny and Semus, and me and Harry. Harry and I really hit it off. After all the guests went home we went and talked in George's room which was where we were staying now. We talked a lot about different things we really love each other. I can't think of any way I could survive if Harry had actually been dead when Voldemort said he was. But luckily he came back from the dead.

It has been 3 years since Harry and I got in a relationship and we are going to celebrate our anniversary by the shoreline. We are going with Ron and Lavender as well. Ron and Harry said that they have surprises for Lavender and I and we cannot imagine what it is.

We had a picnic by the beach and had fun swimming and Lavender and I jumped into our boyfriends' arms and they swung us around. We had so much fun eating, laughing, and playing.

Then the boys got out dragging us with them and Harry got something from our beach bag and so did Ron. The boys nodded at each others and both got down on their knees and looked up at us and from behind their backs produced little boxes. For me, Harry had gotten a red velvet one and Ron got a lavender one for Lavender (duh!). They nodded at each other and opened the boxes. Then they both said

"Will you marry me Hermione (Lavender) ?"

And we both gasped and said

"Yes!"

I took the ring, a diamond one with a silver band that said "Harry+Hermione=love4ever" and slipped it on my right ring finger and Harry smiled. It was a rule that we made that I will take off the ring a week before we get married and Harry will put it on my left ring finger but until then, I will keep the ring on my right ring finger. Harry then picked me up with no warning and twirled me around. I threw my head back and laughed. He put me down and Ron and Lavender were looking at us. Then Ron said

"It's getting late, let's go so Mum doesn't yell at us for getting home later than we said we would."

So we set off to the burrow and then we played a joke on George. Just like the twins did in Sirius's house before fourth year Ron decided to apparate on his knees. We apparated to hear

"Ouch! God Ron! Can't you be more careful?"

"Well, it's harder in the dark."

Ron mimicked what they said that night and we all rolled on the floor in laughter and George smiled at Harry and Ron and said

"Great job boys."

He had seen our rings. And he had known that the boys will ask us today.

"So when is it?"

George asked

"A week after Mione and I get our next paycheck."

Harry replied and Ron said his was a week after that. I am working in the Ministry of Magic and Harry is working there too but is also a part-time auror and Ron is working at the Leaky Cauldron. Harry and I have got our house picked out at Godric's Hollow where Harry has lived since his 19th birthday. I was selling my house and Lavender and Ron said they are gonna move to Ron's house which is near Harry's so we an all visit each other.
