TWO MONTHS. That was how long Adelaide managed to survive without social media. For an average person, it might be relaxing. Refreshing, even. But for a person who just got out of a relationship, those two months would most likely be filled with multiple breakdowns in a day and never-ending questioning of self-worth.
After her split with Drew, Adelaide had decided it was best for her well-being to take a short break from social media.
For her, it was a good decision to make. If she hadn't done that, everything would have just reminded her of Drew and it would make it way harder for her to move on. However, many of her followers and subscribers have waited long enough for her to come back and she didn't want to make it seem like she was having a hard time forgetting him.
After a few minutes of contemplating on doing the video or not, Adelaide finally settles herself on the floor. With a nervous sigh, she let her fingers touch the screen and watched as numbers started to appear.
