Marry me?!

Dev : "Dekh ye argument hum pehle bhi kar chuke hai.....but your mom didn't buy it!😝 So....ab...."

Arjun: "Ab...??? "

Dev: "Ab ek hi rasta hai...agar vo ladki....tujhse shaadi karne se mana kare to tu bach jayega..or tuje apne parents ki sympathy bhi mil jayegi"

Arjun : "Lekin vo mana kyu karegi? Uski naa hoti to baat aage hi nai badhti na"

Dev : "Dekh...ye jo chote sheher ki ladkiyan hoti hai na...vo bohot conservative mindset ki hoti hai...tu usse jake apni girlfriends or affairs ke baare me bata...or use bol.... ke ...tu ekdam play boy types hai or tuje har hafte ek nayi ladki chahiye!"

Arjun : "kyu mere character ki dhajiyan uda raha hai yaar?"

Dev : "Dhajiyan udegi...to hi shaadi rukegi bro! Samajle!!! Ab jaa...."

Arjun hesitatingly went towards the bride room where he saw the girls giggling and coming out of the room. He thought it was the perfect time to talk to her as she must be alone inside.

He knocked.

Dhruvi : "Kon hai?"

He knocked again without uttering his name.

Dhruvi : "Are mamiji hume nai dalna purple vala dupatta...priya bata rahi thi Arjunji bhi green pehen kar aye hai to hum green vala dupatta hi dalenge"

Arjun blushed on hearing this. But he soon stopped smiling as he realized he is here to stop the wedding and not to romance his "to be wife".

He knocked again, harder this time.

Dhruvi stood up irritatingly to open the door. She bursted out "Are mami bolana....." all of the sudden she was shocked to see him standing there and hence went quiet within a second. She blushed heavily looking down. "Aap......aap yaha kya kar rahe hai?"

Arjun : "Actually....muje apse kuch baat karni thi..."

Dhruvi : "Ji kahiye"

Arjun : "Vo...." he thought it would be better if he takes her out and talk to her. As she might create a scene here after what he was going to confess.

"Actually me soch raha tha ki apne green dupatta dala hai to..me bhi ek naya green le lu....ap chalegi meri sath shopping pe?"

Dhruvi surprisingly: "Shopping abhi?? Shaadi ke baad kar lijye ga...its ok" she found it weird as they were talking for the first time that too on a stupid topic.

Arjun : "Nai nai abhi hi karni padegi....ok...chalo..." he held her hand and pulled her out the room.
She wanted to protest but was too awestruck by his touch on her.🙈

They reached the parking fortunately without being caught by anyone on the way. His car was decorated with flowers and so he took Dev's car.

Dhruvi was unaware of what was happening. They were on the way when Arjun started the conversation.

Arjun : "To...tum Mumbai se nahi ho? Pehle kaha rehti thi?"

Dhruvi : "Hum Kanpur se hai...humari family jane ke baad hum yaha aa gaye!"

Arjun felt sorry : "Oh I am so sorry to hear about your family"

Dhruvi made a confused face : "Sorry kyu?"

Arjun : "I mean...I am sorry to hear that your family passed away"

Dhruvi hissed out : "Haaye....nai nai...family hai humari lekin America me hai....vo kya kehte hai.... 'illegal status' pe hai...to isliye humari shaadi me nahi aa sake!"
