" Can you get your sister to have another girls night with us? I miss her" Ari asked me as we walked towards the register quickly before Mario could spot us.
Because anytime we're all out together, he doesn't let us pay for our own stuff, I always have to sneak off to do so.
" I don't know, I can call her when we get to the house later" I told her standing in line behind some female with pink hair.
" I know that ain't lil Khaleesi " I heard a familiar voice coming behind me causing me to turn around and see Alex.
"Unt unt, It's BIG Khaleesi not the lil one. Don't play with me" I said rolling my neck pointing at her before pulling her into a hug chuckling.
" Oop, yes massa " she said bowing down making me yank her back up and ari busted into laughter causing me to mug her.
" I'm sorry, how you been though?" Alex said chuckling throwing her arm around my neck as we walked up cause it was my turn to pay.
" I've been okay, how about you?" I asked her placing my stuff down on the counter as the cashier rung up my stuff.
" Your total is 1,038" the cashier said softly causing me to look up at her throwing her a quick smile before going into my purse to grab my card.
As I grabbed it going to swipe it I saw that Alex already paid and grabbed my bags making me mug her.
" Now you know I wasn't bout to let you pay so stop mugging me" she said cheesing walking towards me hugging me.
" You and Demario need to stop doing that shit" I said rolling my eyes walking towards Ari seeing that they were waiting on me.
" Don't think I ain't notice that shit what you pulled Khaleesi, you lucky Alex was the one that paid for yo shit" Demario said mushing my head causing me to smack his arm and roll my eyes.
" Y'all better leave my bestie alone" Ari said grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the food court.
They stayed behind us as we all walked towards Chick-fil-A.
Me and Ari went go save us a table while Demario and Alex went and ordered our food.
They came back shortly after with our food. In middle of eating Alex got a phone call that I wasn't even paying attention to because I was scrolling on IG.
" Is cool with yall if my homeboy pull up with us?" She asked looking at all of us causing us to nod then she went back to her phone call before hanging up seconds later.
" So Khaleesi, what's been going with you? How's the family?" Alex asked me causing me to put away my phone giving her all my attention.
" Well, for starters I'm graduating soon. My birthday is in a month, everything is okay honestly. The family is alright, I think my mom might be pregnant again, I'm honestly hoping that she is because I miss having lil babies around the house" I said while sipping on my drink.
" You're finally about to be 18, that's crazy. And I hope I have a ticket for that graduation ceremony." She said leaning back in her seat while eating her fries.
As I was about to respond I got cut off by someone smacking the fuck outta Alex's neck causing me to gasp and her to get up and put em in a headlock.
" Bruh, stop fucking playing me" she said squeezing them before releasing them then taking her seat.
They stood up making me get a good look at them. Then I realized it was Kaleb causing me to quickly turn around and go back to eating.
" Waddup y'all, it's been a minute" Kaleb said dapping up Demario and giving Ari a side hug
Y'all probably wondering how do I know Kaleb well...he was my boy bestfriend when I was a junior and he was a senior.
A/N: Alright let me try to make this make sense. So she just turned 16 years going into her junior year & he was 18 turning 19 coming out his senior year. He just turned 20 in June and she making 18 in September. Did I make that clear or...?😣
And we both liked each other, shit you could say love but couldn't be together for an obvious reason. So we decided to stay friends for the time being but then Jalissa came in the picture, she was a new girl. We started talking and hanging out less and less then we just stopped all together.
They became a couple, a month later. They looked happy. Everyone wanted a relationship like them. Who was I to come between that? I tried fighting for our friendship, I texted everyday, called everyday but then I realized I was blocked so I went on about my day.
Not going to lie and say that it didn't hurt because trust me, it did. But there was nothing else I could do but try to move on and I did.
"Wassup lil bit" he said looking at me smirking. That's the nickname he gave me when we were bestfriends.
Which caused me to mug him and throw my cup of ice at him since that was the only thing left in my cup.
I quickly grabbed the rest of my food and grabbed my stuff then told Demario that I was ready to leave and left out the mall going towards the car to wait for them since he was the one that drove us here.

Decided to give you guys a lil peek of Khaleesi's life. I struggled so damn hard with this chapter 😭😭😭ik, it's kinda boring. Yall waiting for some tea & drama. I'm not tryna rush this book, I wanna take my time & make it make sense 🤣📌.
