*DISCONTINUED* The Man's Bodyguard (Becky Lynch X OC)

Dissapointment

Becky: "Come crawling back already huh?" She says as she answers the door but is confused when she sees a small man at the door in a suit "Can i help you?"

Matt: "Yeah, hi, Matt McDonald, i am your new bodyguard" he says holding out his hand for her to shake but she ignores it

Becky: "What happened to Eric?"

Matt: "No idea i just got the call last night that i had been reassigned and i hoped on a plane here"

Becky hangs her head a little as she holds the door open for him to come in. She didn't mean to cause all of this, she just felt stupid for throwing away all that time with Seth. Or did he manipulate her to think she was the guilty party? Either way she pulls out her phone and sends a text to Eric

"I told you i still wanted you as my bodyguard wtf?!"

*Meanwhile, in California*

Eric's phone chimes as he walks up to the house in LA which belongs to Pamela Martinez. He reads it and it's a message from Becky

I told you i still wanted you as my bodyguard wtf?!

He reads the message as he puts it back in his pocket and rings the doorbell wearing one of his best suits so he can make a good first impression as she answers the door

Bayley: "Eric i presume"

Eric: "Ms Martinez i presume"

Bayley: "Oh god no, Pam is fine. None of this Ms Martinez stuff. Come in please" she says moving a little so he can walk in

Eric: "You have a wonderful home Ms Mar-" he stops when he sees the look she is giving him "Sorry Pam, you have a wonderful home"

Bayley: "Thank you so much. Now let's get right down to business shall we?" She says pointing to the couch for him to sit and she pulls up a chair so she can sit in front of him "I know what you did for Becky and as a friend of hers i am super appreciative for that and since i am your boss there are some ground rules i would like to lay"

Eric: "Fire away Pam" he says as he adjusts his tie a little bit

Bayley: "First of all none of this" she points at his suit "I expect you to be comfortable while you are around me so whatever makes you feel comfortable you wear, within reason anyway i don't want you walking around naked"

Eric: "Fair point and noted" he says as he loosens his tie a little to show that he means it

Bayley: "Next, i am giving you my guest room while you are watching over me. This isn't a request it's an order so when you get your things you are moving in there"

Eric: "Are you sure? I don't mind looking for a condo of my own"

Bayley: "Absolutely not. California is a lot worse than Nashville and..." she says not really wanting to bring that situation up "i would just be a lot more comfortable with you here if you are going to do your job"

Eric: "Okay. I planned on Friday while she is at Smackdown since she is living in my condo I'll get my stuff then"

Bayley: "Perfect and I'll be more than happy to help" Eric nods in thanks "And as my last rule, no moping around the house because Becky broke up with you. It's a new day and a new place for you to spread your wings, not saying I'm going to date you but I'm also saying to have fun"

Eric: "I have a feeling this is going to be a great working relationship" he says as he stands up and shakes her hand in agreement

*Monday Night Raw*

Bayley and Eric pull up to the arena and he grabs her bags for her out of her trunk just like he did with Becky and follows her into the arena. He keeps walking until he sees Charlotte coming around the corner, he really didn't want to see her but he figured he would have to deal with it eventually anyway so he put the bags down and she embraced him in a hug

Charlotte: "I'm so sorry Eric. I know she really did like you, Seth is just messing with her head"

Eric didn't say anything as he tried to keep all his emotions inside as Charlotte finally pulled away

Charlotte: "She is like my sister so if i sense anything off you will be the first to know"

As she says this Eric gets a ding on his phone that Becky just posted to Instagram. He obviously forgot to turn those off as he opens his phone and sees the photo and the caption

He turns the phone around and shows Charlotte the photo

Eric: "She's not thinking about me so what's the point in thinking about her" from around the corner almost on queue

Bayley: "Eric! The locker room is this way"

Eric: "Coming Pam!" He yells back to her "I'll see you later Ashley" he says in an obvious sad tone as he grabs Bayley's bags and heads after her

Charlotte just looks on seeing how miserable he is and remembering how much in love they looked when she would see them together. She pulls out her phone and shoots Becky a text knowing that Seth is driving

"You broke his heart you know"

Becky replies back almost instantly

"We were together for 2 months Char, Colby and i had 2 years you don't throw that away. Besides i was probably only with him because he saved me"

"You do if he CHEATS ON YOU WITH YOUR BEST FRIEND! Becks you were in love with him, you told me yourself you were going to tell him soon. What has gotten into you"

"You know, most "friends" support each other's choices and doesn't tell them how bad of a person they are"

"All I'm saying is he hurt you before it's bound to happen again"

Becky reads this last message and gets mad and tucks her phone back in her pocket and huffs

Seth: "Everything okay? Crazy fans on Instagram again?"

Becky: "No it's Charlotte actually. Just trying to make me feel bad"

Seth: "Look you did the right thing, he was only with you to ride your coattails and get a bigger payday when his contract came up. I'm an idiot for what i did but i would never do that to you again and I'm sorry" he leans over and kisses her on the cheek as he looks back at the road

If Eric had done that she would have felt all kinds of butterflies floating around in her stomach, when Seth did it, it felt strangely empty. She pulls out her phone one more time and sends one more message

"We need to talk face to face, just you and me"

She puts her phone away and sits back in the seat as they continue to drive to the next town
