new years pt.2

His arm tightened around my waist. Though I thought nothing of it. He moved his head in front of mine, leaning closer and closer. I didn't want to do anything since my mum was in the other room and my dad could walk in at any moment. So I put my hand in front of his face.

He moved my hand, looking at me confused. "My mum is in just in that room and my dad could walk in at any moment," I whispered while pointing to the kitchen. He just shrugged leaning in. He started to kiss me but I didn't respond. I pushed his head away.

"No," I said. "Why??" He whined. "Because!!" "Because?" "Just later ok? I don't want to do that here,". He nodded his head, moving back to where he was sitting. "You're so silly sometimes. You do know that right?" I said while laughing. "Yes... I know,". I turned my attention back to the movie.

"Hey what are you guys watching?" My dad asked, sitting on the couch next to me. "I think it was called Man in Love. Mum picked it out," I said. My dad nodded, starting to watch the movie with Ni-Ki and I. "Boys!! Dinner is ready!" My mum shouted from the kitchen.

I immediately stood up, walking towards the dining table. I set up the dining table for dinner, putting out the plates and glasses. "Thank you son," my mum said, as she was putting the food on the table. "Your welcome,". Ni-Ki and my dad walked in, sitting at the table.

I sat next to Ni-Ki and started to eat my dinner. "Hyung, can you pass the sauce?" I nodded, handing him the sauce next to me. "Hyung?" "Yes?" "Can you pass the jug of water?". I nodded again, I handing  him the jug of water. "Hyung?" I looked at my parents who were looking at Ni-Ki with an almost annoyed expression. "What?" I asked him in an annoyed voice.

"Can I try your food?" He said in tiny. "It's basically the exact same!" "I want to try yours because you put a different sauce from the one I put in and you also put some kimchi in your food," I sighed, putting some of my food on his plate. "Thanks hyung!!" He said while smiling. I did a small smile going back to my food.

New Years Day
Jay's Mum's POV

It was about 7 o'clock in the morning and I wanted to surprise the boys one by one, saying Happy New Year. I first went to Ni-Ki's room since his room was the closest to mine. But he wasn't in there, maybe he's just in the bathroom. So I went downstairs to where Jongseong's bedroom is.

I slowly opened the door to see Jongseong and Ni-Ki sleeping in his bed. Why was Ni-Ki sleeping with him? Have they been sleeping together the entire time Ni-Ki's been here? Well I have heard that Ni-Ki doesn't like sleeping alone.

I saw them in a really deep sleep, so I closed the door. I'll tell them Happy New Year when they wake up.

Times skip to an hour later (8:00 am)
Jay's POV

I woke up, seeing Ni-Ki already awake, looking at me. "Why are you looking at me sleeping?" I saw him blush once I said that. "I wasn't looking at you," "Well then what we're you doing then?" "Nothing,".

"By the way, Happy New Year!" I said while smiling. "Happy New Year!" He grabbed me, bringing me in a very tight hug. I hugged him back, kissing his cheek. He retracted from the hug, lying on his back. He brought his hand up, making a heart with his fingers.

I also brought my hand up, making half a heart waiting for him to make the other half. He looked at me before making the other half of my heart. I faced him while smiling. "Thank you" I whispered. "What for?" "For everything!" I said, while making a heart with my arms.

He laughed before sitting up. "Where are you going?" I asked him. "Nowhere,". I looked at him confused. I sat up with a confused face. "I love you," he said. "I love you!" I said back. He leaned in, putting his arm over my shoulders. "What's going with you recently?" I asked him.

"What do you mean?" "Well you used to be a baby and now... well let's just say you're not acting like one,". He shocked his head before leaning in even more. I also leaned and the gap between us closed. I felt his arm tighten around my shoulders, which brought me closer to him.

I backed away making him frown. "Why do you always do that?" I ignored his question, getting up from the bed. "Bye," "No! Don't leave me!" "I gotta get ready". As soon as I closed the door I saw my dad right next to the door. "Hi dad," "I heard what you boys were talking about," I started to get nervous. "What do you mean?" I asked him. "Don't worry I won't tell your mum,". He then walked off.
