Y/n's POV

Noise. Fussing. Disaster. This is all I can remember when I climbed the rescue boat. I must have fainted. I don't know. I was all alone. Now that I think of it it's very scary, knowing I always had my twin sister Emma near me. It's also boring.

Now you may ask yourselves: why was I in a rescue boat? Let me tell you. I was travelling with my family to visit some islands located north of the coast of Africa. When we got on the boat, I knew there was something wrong going to happen. We left at 9 P.M. After 3 hours, at midnight, the alarm goes off. The boat was slowly sinking.

And then I woke up. I raise my head and see the blue of the ocean that was tangling along with the golden colour of the sand. The cheerful rays even played, appearing slowly. I was amazed. I had never imagined such a view.

"I'm on an island. I wonder if other people live here...." I hear a sound. "What was that?" I ask myself. "It sounds like... voices of... children. I think there are 2 or 3. Let's go there.

Said and done. I went quietly to the place where the noise came from. 'Of course, they noticed me, I'm clumsier than Marinette Dupain-Cheng herself!' Only now have I managed to see their faces: One girl and two boys.

"Who are you?" said the biggest boy, who seemed to be as old as me or even bigger, pointing a sharp knife at me.

"My name is Y/n and I am 18 years old I like to cook, read and listen to music."

"My name is Marabella, but you can call me Mara. I'm 11 years old and 8 months old. Chris, my 18-year-old brother you've already met, and this is my annoying twin The..."

"I can present myself, thanks. And I'm not annoying! And I am Theodor."

"I'm glad to meet you, Mara, Theo and Chris!"

"By the way, how did you get here?" Chris asks me with a suspicious look.

"Well, the boat I was with my family sank, and I found myself here on the shore. What about you?"

"We grew up here, along with..."

Chris had a more serious face now, and I could read the sadness and pain of losing.

"It's ok if you don't want to tell me."

"No, I want... Our parents were shipwrecked on this island when I was 15 years old they died now 3 years when they attacked our pirates."

Flashback – Chris' POV

It was midnight and we were all slipping. We.... we heard a scream and we hid under our beds like our mother always told us to. She used to tell us that if we hear a strange noise, to quickly hide under our beds. After the noise, I heard footsteps, they were heading out of the camp. I turned to my siblings and told them to stay in the room and I went outside the house and saw mama and papa lying on the ground with no heartbeat. Then, I understood that the people that came killed, my parents.

End of flashback – Back to your POV

"So, I ask to change the subject, you have a camp or something like this around here?"

"Of course, follow me!"
