I moved out to LA with Vinnie about a year ago after me and him both blew up on TikTok and both got a contract deal. Me and Vinnie had been best friends since birth. And we never thought of each other as anything more than just friends.
It was always super awkward when stuff like this would happen because, me and Vinnie both knew we meant nothing more to each other then just best friends.

"Helloooo" Vinnie said. Hey Vin what's up? I replied putting on face cream. "Nothing actually just wanted to call and talk to my best friend." He says. "We'll actually yes I also need to talk to you about something." Vinnie continues- "about tiktokroom" he states. Yeah I know very annoying- I follow. "It's just annoying that we can't live our normal lives without having some sort of rumor being started" he says leaning his head back against his bed frame. -yeah very true but we have to remember we signed up for this vin" I reply. "Wanna come over?" Vinnie asks out of no were, "Vinnie it's 12:30 at night" I reply. "Yeah, who cares, I wanna see my best friend." he states. "Yeah I can be over there in 20 minutes" i say. "K see u then, love u Buggs" Vinnie reply's. "Love u to vin" I say before hanging up.
Vin nicknamed me "buggs" when we were six years old. I can't even explain why he nicknamed me "buggs" but it's always stuck.
I got into sweats and a sweat shirt and put on shoes and grabbed my purse and headed out the door. I tried to hide myself because I didn't need tiktok room posting "breaking news Juliet seen entering hype house!!... possibly to visit Vinnie" I was so over it.

once I pulled up to the hype house I saw Vinnie step out from the two huge front doors running over to me I jumped up into his arms, wrapping my legs around his waist. "only took you an hour" Vinnie says sarcastically putting me down. "Yeah, yeah I'm a fast driver" I say walking with Vinnie to the front doors.
We walked into the two huge front doors. Nobody was really awake, so we just went up into Vinnies room. I took off my small coat and put it on Vinnies chair as I reached for hera and picked her up. "Well hello Hera I missed you" I say whispering to her, giving her small smooches on her head. Vinnie stood in the door way of his bathroom just admiring me and Hera. "What?" I say looking over at Vinnie giving him a short smirk.
"Do you need a hug to?" I ask Vinnie. to which he replies with a simple "please"
Mine and vinnies relationship was super flirty but not in that way. like we did stuff that couples would do but, we knew we never felt those types of feelings between each other. "I really needed this" vinnie said whispering into my ear as he tightens the hug. "Anytime" I reply back. We stood there for what felt like hours swaying our feet and body as we just hugged each-other.
when we finally let go I was almost half asleep. I kissed Hera goodnight and turned off Vinnies bathroom light and shut his room door. pulling the covers over him and I as he turned on sandlot. he pulled me closer to him and I put the crook of my head in his neck. "Goodnight buggs" he said whispering. "Goodnight vin" I replied back before dozing off.
