Something about this forest just makes them like to hide in it an keep their kidnapped victims in them.

"Hey, before we talk about anything else! You're always welcomed to bunk at my place." Cameron said," remember our families are friends, my parents would happily house you."

Me an Cameron have known each other longer than we've known mark or angel. My parents are old high school friends with his parents so they continued to be friends now.

I was shoved onto the road and then heard mark yelp, soon disappearing. Then tires screeched and I looked to see a car trying to stop as my eyes widened.

"MARK!" Angel shouted

I groaned a bit as the car then continued driving an saw cameron helping me up.

"You okay?" Cameron asked as Angel continued screaming for mark

I nodded as we went to the sidewalk an looked at angel. Mark was gone.

"What happened to mark?" I asked

"Some white tentacle thing wrapped around his ankles when he shoved you away but took him instead!" Angel freaked as he looked back to the forest," MARK!"

Cameron tried to shut angel up till angel went running into the forest.

"ANGEL!" Cameron freaked

"ANGEL WAIT!" I shouted

Cameron went running after angel, me soon following as I felt something in me shatter. We grabbed angel as he tried to fight back but couldn't.

"We need to get mark back-"

"We can call the cops! Lets be rational-"

"No! Mark will be killed and the cops don't do shit-"

"Angel please, lets go back and call the cops-"

"Angel, what will we do once we find mark?! We can't fight or take down whatever is in this forest!" I said," we need to be rational and smart, and as stupid as mark is he wouldn't have wanted us to run after him like this!"

We let him go an turned around only to see more forest. No sidewalk. No road. Just forest.

"What!?" Cameron freaked

"We weren't even that far from the sidewalk!!" Angel panicked

I looked around and all I saw was trees and bushes, no sign of roads or cars.

"Y/N don't go far! Please! We need to stick together!" Angel begged
