When you first meet Dorian, he tends to be fairly cold and closed off. As a guard, he's taught to be mistrusting at first, since you never know who someone is until you truly get to know them. When you eventually crack open his hard outer shell, you get to see his true personality. When he opens up, Dorian shows his true passionate and playful side. He often teases his friends and family, doing his best to get under their skin but never in a mean way. Ways he know that will make them laugh instead of cry. He has a soft side where the best way to describe him is a teddy bear... especially when he's sleepy or drunk. He's strict when he needs to be, but knows when to let loose and have some fun.

< Brief Backstory >
Dorians parents have served as guards their entire lives, and his grandparents served as guards for as long as they could as well. When he was growing up, it was just assumed that he would join the guards as well. He spent most his life training with his father, starting at the young age of nine. He never really got the chance to decide if he wanted to be something else.

< Fears >
Losing all his family and being alone. They are all he has. Also he's terrified of dying a really stupid death, he wants to die a martyr.

< Why did he join? >
Dorian joined because his mother wants more for him. She asked him to join and he didn't want to disappoint her so he did. His father thought the whole idea of his was stupid, but Dorian didn't mind.
