Jake sat a few seats away from you in the class you two had together.
you'd always look up at him and catch him staring.
One day you looked up to him smiling at you.
You make a funny face.
He mocks you and makes the same face in return.
You look back down and try to continue your work.
A few minutes later you got a small crumble of paper as if it were
a n o t e .
"hey- its Jake, you look cute from this angle:)"
You look up at him

Not even 5 minutes later another paper ball lands on your desk.
You open it
"That was mean:( anyways, want to eat lunch together:)"
You look back up as he now has two thumbs up.
You giggle.
"Fine" You say while smiling.
