tw// cheating, family problem

Heeseung went home and the loud yells of his parents welcomed him.

"Yah! You ungrateful child!" his mother yelled, "Why'd you come home late again? Do you even go to school?!"

"I paid so much money for you to study in that school, but all you did was sleep!" his mother followed.

"It's because you're not a responsible parent!" his father yelled at his mother, "You keep spending our money on gambling!"

"What?!" his mother argued.

"Well, at least I never cheated!"

Heeseung walked straight to his room as this scene isn't new anymore.

Every day, he'd come home witnessing his parents fight and yell at each other.

He's used to it now.

He set his alarm at 12 in the midnight, then prepared to sleep immediately.

Heeseung woke up to his alarm.

He stood up and walked outside his room.

His parents are now asleep and the house was in silence.

He went to the kitchen and grabbed a pack of noodles.

He cooked it and then ate right after.

He sighed in frustration.

He lived this way for two years.

He'll come home with loud yells, it never stopped.

He sleeps right away, then wakes up late at night to eat, study, and do his homework.

The reason he's always sleepy at school.

No one knows about his situation, not even Jungwon and their friends.

Since the phenomena of the sun not rising, his parents always fought for a reason he didn't know and wouldn't want to know anymore.

Heeseung feels heavy everyday.

He almost lost his reason to live.

He's tired of everything.

Heeseung woke up with the sun shining on his bed.

The sun shone on his bed.

He blinked twice and rubbed his eyes.

"Is this for real?"

The sun rose again, for the second time.

Heeseung stood up and prepared for school early.

He thought, this could be a sign for a new start.
