Human Errors Part 5 (Team Prime X Human!Reader X Decepticons)

Start from the beginning

"Knockout, did you swipe my credit card again to buy cosmetics?" I asked. The man quickly raised his hands in surrender, denying my accusations.

"N-No! I did not! That was one time, (Y/N)!"

"One time my ass! It was three times before Soundwave helped me crack the code on why the hell was my money going out so quick." I said, rolling my eyes. The vain man had spent nearly 1600 dollars on cosmetics at one point with my credit card.

Thank God Agent Fowler was the one providing me with the extra income.

I was so close to skinning him alive. In the end, Soundwave helped me by doing some not-so legal stuff and getting back the money into my account...probably hacking, I don't know.

Sighing, I sat down on one of the chairs at the dining table and teared open the parcel, only to raise my eyebrow in confusion at the strange...book in my hands. It looked like an old journal.

Flipping it open, I was more confused when I realised the pages were empty. I was about to raise a question when the empty pages suddenly appeared with words slowly. By now, the team were all curious and crowded around me, all having the same look of surprise when they saw the empty pages suddenly filled with words.

"Wow..." Miko trailed off. I furrowed my eyes as I saw the passage was specifically directed to me. As far as I was concerned, anything to do with me now only means something horrible will happen.

Scrap.

With an internal groan, I read through the message.

"Dear (Y/N),

Greetings, young human. Thank you for taking care of my children so patiently. You've looked past the two faction's war and took them in, caring and nurturing them with grace and love. For that, I'm honoured and grateful. Please, accept my token of gratitude.

Unfortunately, the curse is irreversible and therefore the Cybertronians residing in your home will forever remain as such. It is a ...punishment in a way for the fall of their home-planet. It is the price that I'm asking them to pay, but I'm absolutely pained to drag you in with our war.

But, upon seeing that the two sides have changed for the better, I've decided to add another gift for the team, to ease your burden and theirs too. Once again, I am very grateful for your care to my children. An organic that brought peace to the Great War of Cybertron, it is indeed a very remarkable thing.

My speech ends here, sadly. Thank you for your time. Please, continue caring for my children and guide them for the better. Till all are one,

Primus."

"What's it says?" Miko asked eagerly. I gave her a look of confusion.

Was it not in English?

"I can't understand it either." Knockout said, huffing a little. Ratchet came close to inspect it, but soon found himself in the same situation. Megatron and Optimus took the book and gave it a glance before the latter's eyes widened with shock.

"By the Allspark! It's the language of Primes." He said.

"Er.. no? It's English. I can understand it just fine." I replied, taking back the book and glanced at the team with weird looks. Optimus shook his head, giving me a serious look.

"You're able to understand it due to the fact that this message was initially directed to you. I am... able to understand a few of its context, but I believe you're able to read it with ease. Would you please indulge us on the meaning behind the passage?" Optimus asked.
