jaehyun called yeji early in the day
    "is eric feeling better today?" he asked
    "yes, he's at work right now actually. what are you up to today?"
    "i was just gonna go to the beach and watch the water for a few hours, just think about some stuff."
    "i don't have class today, can i come?"
    "of course!" jaehyun said almost too excitedly
    "okay i'll get ready, call me when you're here!" she hung up and got some comfy clothes on to meet with him since they'd just be looking at the water, shortly after getting ready, jaehyun called her to let her know he was outside and she met him down there and got into his car
    "good morning jaehyun" she said softly
    "morning yeji" he started to drive once she fastened her seatbelt.

the two walked onto the pier and sat with their legs dangling off, staring out at the water. after talking for a while, getting to know each other a little more deeply, yeji slowly fell asleep on jaehyuns shoulder. he didn't notice until he asked her a questions and heard no response.
    "no that's okay you sleep" he jokes to himself and wrapped his arm around her. he then texted eric
jaehyun: yeji just fell asleep on me lmao
eric read the message and was immediately infuriated but he was at work so he couldn't do anything but think about how his girlfriend was sleeping on another man

yeji arrived home after a few hours of hanging out with jaehyun to her angry boyfriend eric.
    "hi honey, how was wor-" he cut her off
    "cut the shit, why were you sleeping on jaehyun today?"
    "what do you mean..?" she asked very confused
    "he texted me while i was at work saying you fell asleep on him" he asked in a questioning tone
    "oh yeah, we were at the pier watching the water. you always said you wanted me to like your friends"
    "yeah as my girlfriend, i don't want you hanging out with him alone, he's not a good guy"
    "oh come on eric, you don't trust me?"
    "no i trust you, it's him i don't trust. he sleeps around yeji, you don't want to be caught up with that kind of guy"
she sighed and just walked to the room and set her stuff down. she was hurt, how could eric think that anything more would happen between her and jaehyun, they were just starting to be friends. she walked to the kitchen and got something quick to eat before heading back to the room to eat it

eric of course felt bad for getting mad at her, he didn't want to be that guy, the overly possessive boyfriend that didn't let his girlfriend have friends but he was worried. he always thought she was too good looking for him so he thought any man could just come by and pick her up. he walked to the room and hugged her, half tackling her back onto the bed
    "im sorry i got mad, i just love you so much. please don't leave me"
    "im not going to leave you eric. god you're an idiot" she laughed and pushed his hair behind his ear "i love you so much eric i wouldn't leave you for some guy i barely met." she pressed her lips against his softly then looked into his eyes after their kiss "you're mine." she giggled
