jason immediately grabbed a hold of rosalie's arm, making her lean into him as the two exited the kitchen and entered the living room "jason..." rosalie gulped as she looked up at him. at the fear in her voice, he glanced down at her "s-she can't come now. j-jensen still isn't here yet" she shook her head as tears shimmered in her eyes "i can't do this without him"

jason didn't hesitate in turning to her, his hands gripping the side of her cheeks, making her focus on him "hey, hey, look at me. i got you" he assured her "i'm gonna be by your side the entire time, until he gets here. i promise you, you're not alone"
rosalie nodded as she held onto her belly "renesmee!" he shouted louder this time

at his angry voice, renesmee ran out "what? what's with all the yelling!" she shouts from the top staircase

"rosalie's water broke"

"oh shit"

after renesmee gathered all of rosalie's bags and jason helped her into the car. the three headed to the hospital. renesmee was immediately texting the family group chat that also contained jensen and isabella, informing all of them that rosalie's water broke and they were heading to the hospital

back in vancouver, jensen was having a last lunch with jared, in which they always did after wrapping up a season. at the text message his eyes widen and his heart started racing. after telling jared, who had to cover his mouth from letting out a cheer. the two rushed out and headed to their hotel to grab their stuff. luckily their flight was in two hours, and the flight from vancouver to los angeles was only three hours. he only hoped that rosalie wouldn't be giving be birth in between these five hours

four hour later, and rosalie was only five centimeters dilated. her contractions were painful and she just wanted her baby out of her. jason did the best he could to try and keep her distracted "do you guys have a name for the baby?" he asks

rosalie shook her head "w-we haven't had time to fully discuss it" she shut her eyes as she laid her head to rest against the bed "god, i'm already such a bad mother, i don't have a name for my baby" as she fluttered her eyes back open, jason noticed tears shimmering in her eyes

he walked over to her taking a seat on her bedside, he gripped her hand "i'll be praying for the baby" he joked, trying to lighten the mood. rosalie couldn't help but let out a giggle. he squeezed her hand as a sign of comfort "hey, not everyone has a name picked out when they give birth. sometimes you just have to see the baby first, then it will come to you in an instant" he assured her "you know when you first told us you were pregnant, i thought, god this baby doesn't know just how lucky they are to have you as their mother. i've seen the way you are with meadow, you've loved her as if she was your own. trust me, you're going to be the best mother in the world"

it was four-twenty when jensen ackles arrived at the hospital. jason immediately stepped out to let jensen in. upon seeing him, rosalie felt a wave of relief. as she had her head resting against the bed, jensen had a chair pulled up by her bedside. with his finger he was drawing shapes in the palm of her hand, trying to calm her down. she took in the sight of him, as she thought back to the night that lead them to today. his exact words echoed her mind

"you are more than enough, rosalie mae. you are one of the greatest and most incredible people i've ever had the pleasure of knowing"

"the world doesn't deserve someone as beautiful, kind, and big hearted like you. anyone would be so lucky to have you"

"you deserve someone better"

who would've thought that, that someone was him

jared and misha's words echoed in her mind. after jensen and rosalie made it official, she would often question herself why didn't i realize it earlier? was i that blind? i had the most perfect man in front of me and i never realized it. but she would like to believe that maybe this was her destiny... to go through a break up that lead her to the father of her daughter, to the man of her dreams, to her soulmate

after twelve hours of intense labor, baby ackles was finally born. she was absolutely perfect to the newly parents. rosalie never understood what mother meant when they claimed that motherly love is like no other, until now. everything had fallen into place now that she was here

the door opened and in walked the dicaprio and ackles family. after renesmee texted the group chat, everyone dropped what they were doing to book the next flight out to los angeles "twelve hours of labor and yet you still look beautiful, princess" leonardo exclaimed as he walked over to his daughter, embracing her in a hug as he congratulated her "now, where is my granddaughter?" leonardo asks

rosalie smiled as she gestured over to jensen. his back was facing them as he looked out to the starry night as his daughter was in his arms. jensen didn't hesitate to let him hold her. leonardo bent down slightly and took the swaddled baby into his arms. a smile tugged on his lips "she's beautiful"

esme, donna, and alan made their way over to leonardo. both pair of grandparents were already in love with their granddaughter

"congratulations, sister" alec spoke as he walked over to his sister. he leaned down to hug her and press a kiss on her temple "i'm sorry i couldn't be here"

rosalie smiles as she shakes her head "don't worry, angel face. i was actually very well taken care of"

she gestured to jason who smirked as he walks over to the two. he patted alec's shoulder "looks like i'm her favorite now, angel face" he teased as he uses rosalie's nickname for alec "can i hold her now?"

bellamy spoke up "remember when rosalie told us she was pregnant? what did you say?" he teased as he tapped his chin

"yeah, i don't do babies" renesmee spoke up as she deepened her voice, trying to mimic jason

jason rolled his eyes as he nudged renesmee who came to stand next to him "shut up" he grumbled

a chuckle left rosalie's lips before donna ackles spoke up "does she have a name yet?"

jensen and rosalie glanced at each other, before rosalie nodded "destiny jay ackles"
