Chains Of Changes

Kabanata 12

     Agad namang napatayo si daddy dahil sa sinabi nung asawa niya. Hindi ko namalayang nakalapit na pala sa pwesto namin. " Hon answer me is she your mistress daughter?" Matulis na tanong niya kang daddy.

     " Hon let me explain first don't create a scene here." Malumanay na tugon ni daddy sa asawa niya tinitimbang din nito kung anong klasing salita ang gagamitin para mapanatiling kalmado ang misis.

      " How should I calmed down if that doctor was your mistress daughter?" Malditang tugon niya, dahil sa sinabi ng misis ni daddy ay nagsimula na akong kabahan. Pero pinipilit kong ikalma yung sarili ko. I acted hard and calm in front of my bastard father's wife.

    Nanatili parin akong nakaupo sa upuan ko. Hindi ko pinapakita yung tunay kong naramdaman sa kanila, kahit ang totoo ay nasasaktan ako dahil sa tinawag niya si mommy na mistress.

      " She is my daughter to Fleureah Eclipse Brynx. I have her after a year of you giving birth to Pollux 3 years lang ang agwat nila to be exact."

      " I'm not asking about how you made her and your relationship toward your mistress which is her mother. But is she really your daughter?"

     " Yes she is my daughter and I conducted a DNA test with her and the result is positive. The DNA results evidence is the DNA test you found at my office."

     " So it's true shes your daughter to your mistress how could you do this to us Ace!!!" Nag hi hysterical na sigaw niya.

    " You who are you?" Pasigaw na tanong nito sa akin sabay duro. Tumayo ako sa upuan ko at sinagot siya sa pormal na paraan.

     " I'm Zytatriana Cryst E. Brynx the daughter of Fleureah Eclipse E. Brynx ma'am." Pormal at malumanay na tugon ko sa kanya hindi ko na nilahad yung kamay ko dahil alam kong hindi rin naman niya ito tatanggapin. Bagkus nginitian ko lang ito.

      Natulala na naman siya sa nalaman niya. Kaya bumaling naman ako kay daddy na nakatulala na sa akin ngayon. Kaya kinuha ko na ang pagkakataong ito para magsalita.

  " Anak ho ako sa labas ng asawa niyo and my mother was one of his lover before. Hindi ko masasabing mistress yung mommy ko ni dad dahil nung tinanong ko sila pareho, sabay nilang sinabi sa akin na I'm made out of love and not lust."

" Do you have any questions ma'am?" Tanong ko rito pero hindi siya nakasagot kaya agad akong nagsalita.

    " Now that you'r here ma'am I
must continue explaining your son's condition so let's have a seat ma'am and sir." Banat ko at agad na umupo pabalik sa upuan ko. Natulala naman ang dalawa doon kaya nagsalita na naman ako.

     " Sir paki alalayan pong maka upo yung asawa mo para maka pag start na po tayo." Pagpukaw ko sa lalaki agad naman nitong inalalayan ang asawa para maka upon na. Dito lang natauhan yung asawa niya nung naka upong humarap na sila sa akin.

      " Okay let's continue our discussion sir with your wife. Let's start about your wife's questions. First why is your son was a bit aggressive when someone approaches him?"

" Because he thinks that everyone who want to approach him will hurt him. Why is that? Because there must  be a series of events that he experience before he came to the hospital that become a reason to trigger him."

     " A while ago when I enter your son's room who was under his kuyas guardian but left for urgent matters. And leave him to the care of nurses he become aggressive a second time around after he woked up."

     " He first woke up after he was taken to the hospital he didn't become aggressive because he sees his kuya. But the second time around when he was under the nurses care he become one."

   " The simplest answer to the first question is he is scared when he is in the place that he i not familiar with. Especially when someone touch him and he didn't know he automatically think that someone would hurt him."

   " Second question why he didn't remember you two but he remembers his kuya?"

     " Because he's having an amnesia."

" What kind of amnesia is he having?" Singit ng asawa ni dad.

   " Selective amnesia."

" What's selective amnesia doc? Sabat ni dad.

   " A selective amnesia is a type of amnesia in which the sufferer loses certain parts of their memory." Paliwanag ko sa kanilang dalawa.

    " And at the first question I think he has suffering to a PSTD or post traumatic stress disorder."

" What, and what is that this time?" Eskahaderang tanong nong misis. Sus sobrang arte pa e wala naman palang alam to. Ayan putak lang putak ang kaya di naman pala marunong, akala mo may kagandahan e mas maganda pa si mommy sa kanya e. Tsk... Dad mali ang napili niyong asawa.

   "Post traumatic stress disorder or  PTSD ma'am is a psychiatric disorder that may occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic events."   

" Such as a natural disaster, a serious accident, a terrorist act, war/combat, or rape or who have been threatened with death, sexual violence or serious injury."

    " By any chance did your son experience one of those I mentioned earlier?"

      " Yes he was kidnapped earlier before we bring him here together with his twin." Sagot nong asawa ni dad.

       " What they were kidnapped and yet you told me that they only got sick and brought to the hospital!!!" Sigaw ni daddy sa asawa niya na ngayon ay umiiyak na. Tsk... Sabi na eh wala  talaga tong alam e kundi tumalak.

     Bumukas ang pinto at pumasok yung anak nilang panganay at yung anak nilang babae. Napansin kung umiiyak na yung babae nilang anak na karga-karga nong kuya niya.

   " Daddy why are you shouting at mommy daddy. You don't love mommy ba!!!" Bumaba ito galing sa pagkakabuhat sa kanya ng kuya niya.

    Natigilan naman yung mag asawa sa pagaaway. " Baby mommy and daddy are just talking lang." Malumanay na paliwanag ni daddy.

    " Then why is mommys crying that is because she know that, that doctor was your daughter to your mistress." Umiiyak na turan nito.

     " I hate you daddy!!!" Umiiyak na sigaw niya tapos tumakbo paalis.
