It's now two days before prom and George hasn't yet been asked, while Clay on the other hand has been asked so many times he couldn't count them 

He rejected all of them, saying he was planning to take George 

Speaking of taking George, Clay was going to ask him today 

They were now on lunch break and Clay and George were sitting with the group

Clay was just planning to ask George to go out somewhere and ask him, but he wasn't sure where he was gonna take him yet 

Clay thought about taking him back to that park with the river 

But he decided to just figure that out later, the bell rung which meant lunch was over as everyone got up from their seat and headed off to class

~time skip. Clay's POV~

George and I are now packing up our stuff for the end of the day

I got all my stuff and turn around to see George waiting for me

I give him a small smile, George returned it 

"You wanna go somewhere tonight?" I ask, George looks down at his feet 

"Uh sure" he says while looking back up at me

"Ok cool, can I pick you up at like 7?" I ask as we start to walk out of the classroom 

"Yeah, that should be fine" he agreed 

We both said our goodbyes and headed to our own homes, I got home and immediately went to my computer to see if George had made it home yet 

He was in fact online and was on Minecraft

I smile to myself, I wasn't nervous yet but I'm sure I will once the time comes 

But for now I still have a few hours till I need to pick up George 

I decided to talk to Nick about my plan

I've told Nick that I was pan, he was very cool with it 

Nick knew that George was Georgenotfound, he was the first people I told about 

Me: I'm gonna ask him tonight

Nick: took you long enough🙄

Me: shut up, have you asked Karl yet?!

Nick: we are talking about you not me here! What's the plan

Me:I'm gonna pick him up at 7 then take him to that park we first went to

Nick: k, just keep me updated😏

Me: I will

I put down my phone and chuckle a bit

I decided to go take a shower saying I had still more time

Once I got out of the shower, I got completely ready and once I was done it was 5:50 

I pick up my phone and check my notifications, I scrolled through TikTok until 6

When my mother yelled for me to get dinner

~after dinner. 3rd person~

After dinner Clay rushed up to his room to grab the stuff he needed 

He got his keys and headed to his car,  he got in the drivers seat and turned it on 

He buckled and drove off to George's house
