Since Aphrodite was a kid, she loved to do Ballet. her parents used to take her to classes and watch her grow as the years went by.
her dream was to play the Queen Swan. she would've played both the black swan and the white swan. she knew she could do it, even her teacher, Mrs Reyes believed she could. but one day Aphrodite stopped showing up
Mrs Reyes thought maybe she was ill, so she waited. she waited and waited and waited but Aphrodite ( and sometimes her brother Caius ) never showed up, it was weeks now that they hadn't showed so she was getting worried as Aphrodite was her best dancer
when Mrs Reyes went to the Phoenix's house-hold she found.....no one
absolutely no one, food from days ago was left on the dining table, when she went up the stairs she was horrified, she had seen Mr and Mrs Phoenix slaughtered. like their blood was all gone. she called the police and have tried to search for the kids but they couldn't. of course they couldn't the two kids were already halfway through the World.
The two kids were in a prison like place somewhere in Russia. they were ( forcefully ) given powers. or in their case, curses
they never wanted these powers, all they wanted was to live a normal life with her family. but now, that could never happen
after a few years, they picked up a lot of Russian and they let the man , baron von strucker , and his scientists experiment on them. like they even had a choice
Aphrodite's abilities include telekinesis, energy manipulation, and some form of neuroelectric interfacing that allows her to both read thoughts and also give her targets waking nightmares.
while Caius could move at the speed of light and he has a fast metabolism
after exactly six years, they finally broke out. killing everyone and everything that stood in their way of breaking out of that hell hole
and after that they thought that they could relocate for the better. and they did, they moved to a small town called forks. they thought it would be a normal town with normal people but oh so how they were wrong
