Peridot was sleeping peacefully, forgetting about Lapis coming over at 11..

You could hear someone walking on the steps but Peridot was sound asleep...

This is gonna be embarrassing ain't it?

Lapis walked up the stairs and towards the bedroom. "Peri? You awake..? " She slowly opened the door and looked around.

Peridot squirmed and moved the blankets off her... Ok YEETED the blankets off her, because fuck blankets!

She groaned as her limbs were spread in a weird position..

Does anyone else do this? I don't but my brother does

Lapis widened her eyes at the sight of Peridot in just a tank top and.. Boxers? It was cute though. But she decided to turn around and wait, y'know for privacy.

Even though I know you want to look.. Am I right?

Peridot jolted awake and rubbed her face, looking at the time, 11:15. Her eyes widened at the time. "Shit I forgot about Lapis!" She stood and ran out the door but ran into something.. Or someone?

Peridot groaned and rubbed her head. "What the fuck-" she mumbled and opened her eyes, immediately blushing at what she saw. "L-Lapis? How'd you get in? " she asked.

Lapis was red as a tomato as she was under Peridot, Peridot's leg in between her legs just below her crotch. "I found the spare key outside.. And I came in to look for you but you were asleep still. "

Peridot then remembered something.. Something very important.. She was in her sleepwear.

And in that very second of realization that hit her, she stood up and ran into the room, closing the door quickly.

Lapis just sat there and blinked in confusion. "Well.. Wasn't THAT embarrassing... But she looked so cuttte... Yet so.. Attractive.. But the position- AHHH-'' She muttered and plopped onto her back.

"Ow- that's hardwood- bad idea" she said and quickly stood up, fixing her blue jeans and black shirt that hung off her shoulder.

Peridot sighed. "That was embarrassing... " she mumbled and got dressed in a dark brown t-shirt and green flannel with black jeans and shoes. She then opened the door with a shy chuckle.

"Sorry about that.. Just needed to get dressed. " she said and scratched her neck out of a nervous habit.

Lapis nodded and smiled. "It's ok! So I was wondering if you'd like to eat with me..? '' She asked nervously as she rubbed her arm.

Peridot hummed and nodded with a smile. "Sure! Besides, I clearly haven't eaten yet since I just woke up and I'm starving for something to eat! " she exclaimed before chuckling with a smile.

Lapis chuckled and rubbed her neck. "Well I hope you don't mind donuts for breakfast, I was thinking of going to the Big Donut if that's ok with you? " She asked.

Peridot eagerly nodded. "Yeah I love the big donut! " she said before thinking wait..I-is this a date!? She blushed at the thought and shyly asked. "Um.. Is this a date? Or-"

Lapis blushed and nervously replied. "I-i didn't t-think it was- it d-doesn't have to be a d-d-date- u-unless you want it to be a date! "

Peridot turned red and shook her head. "No! I mean- uh I don't mind- but don't you have a girlfriend? "

What are you saying you clod!? You have been saying you don't like her and now you're agreeing to go on a date!?
