-First you want to get into a comfortable position in bed and out on subliminal or theta waves or anything that reminds u of your DR.

-Next you wanna stare at a part of the room until your zoned out.

-Once you zone out you want to close your eyes and visualise your DR until you fall asleep or feel your surroundings change xx
