-meditate for 5-10 minutes.
-Get into a comfy position, close your eyes and play a song that reminds you of your dr.
-Then picture someone from your dr asking you to dance.
-Take there hand and visualise you too alone dancing to that song in a big room.
-Once the song is over imagine the other person saying, "It's time to go home now!" Then see them open a door with a bright white light behind it.
-Step through the door and into the light repeating affirmations either in your head or out loud. (Your vision might go blurry but stay focused.)
-Once your vision goes black open your eyes. Hopefully your in your dr. ❤️
