1. Heads of the various departments will be picked from each department after screening. Applicants interested in becoming heads are expected to choose one of the ten ministries and mention that they want to go through screening in the forms. Heads will be recruited for each ministry, including the sub ministries.
Your activeness in the community and punctuality will be supervised for a brief period after which you will receive the notice of your result.
2. The admin will be provided to an applicant who will be in charge of the community when the founder is in hiatus and will also be aiding the founder in supervising awards, interviewing applicants and other neutral activities.
3. Respective ministry heads may be called in to interview applicants if needed.
Example: The Head of Design will be inspecting the graphic samples provided by the applicant in the interview.
