I look down at the card in my hand.
"Give us a call and we'll grant your wish!" Sounds lame. I sigh and toss it at Maka. "What do you think about it?"

She looks it over.
"Probably fake, but it would be fun to try."

I run a hand through my hair thinking it over. This is so uncool, wishes don't just come true.
"Do you want me to call?"

Maka asks, interrupting my thoughts.
"I'll do it, throw me the card."

I'm not letting Maka ask for something stupid. She throws the card onto my lap, alright here goes nothing. I take my phone out of my pocket and dial the number shown. Maka watches me from across the room. An old woman picks up the phone "hello?"
"Uh, yea. Hey. I'm calling to make a wish." Sounds so freaking stupid saying that.
"Yes, yes.. Your wish is my command."

The old lady says cheerful. I think it would be cool if Maka was my weapon, yea that sounds good. I smirk to myself.
"Yea, I wish i was the Meister and Maka was my Weapon."

I hear Maka gasp. I ignore her, listening for the old lady's reply.
"As you wish."

She says. Soon after that she hangs up. "What the fuck, she hung up on me!"

I yell angrily. Maka giggles. I throw my phone at her. Stupid old lady.
"Let's see if it worked, can you still turn into a weapon?"

I hear Maka ask.

"Why should I try, probably didn't work."

I mumble. She says something but I didn't hear her, I was too busy trying to transform into a scythe. Which.. Didn't work.

"Maka.."

She stops talking.
"I can't turn into a scythe.."

She laughs.
"Stop joking around."

I don't laugh.
"I'm not kidding."

She stops laughing and covers her mouth. "Then that means.. Im your weapon?"

She asks freaked out.
"Now that I think about it.. That's pretty fucking badass."

I say giving Maka an evil smile.

"Me as a Meister wielding a scythe. Fuck yeah."

Maka looks at me still horrified.
"What are we gonna do???"

Maka asks in a shaky voice. She jumps from the couch and starts pacing.
"The only time I ever changed into a scythe was when I was unconscious."

She says looking at the floor while she paces.

I watch her walk back and forth rambling on how this was a bad wish.
"Maka stop pacing, you're making me dizzy."

She stops in front of me, sighing.
"Soul, I don't know how to turn into a weapon."

I pick up a magazine off the coffee table flipping it open.
"Take a class at the school for it."
