"Ā-Yáo, I am truly grateful that you saved my life a few years ago..." hesitated L/n Y/n, she was grateful for Jīn Guāngyáo saving her life and she thought he was the one for her until her parents arranged a marriage for her with Jīn Zixuān. When she first found out about their arranged marriage, she would cry into Jīn Guāngyáo's arms and would beg him to ask the sect leader and Madam Jīn to stop the marriage. Jīn Guāngyáo did everything he could but it wasn't enough. So he made a promise to her that he be sect leader one day so they can be together. Unfortunately he was too late, since Y/n already fell in love with his brother and they were aspecting a baby.

"But I am now to be wed to Jīn Zixuān and I have his child. I can't do this to him" tried to explain l/n y/n.

"I don't care!" shouted Jīn Guāngyáo as he gripped her shoulders tightly. "I will take care of and this child and you. Just don't marry Jīn Zixuān."

"Ā-Yáo, I don't love you anymore. I loved you once but now I love Jīn Zixuān." hesitated l/n y/n as she removed his hands away from her shoulders.

Jīn Guāngyáo put his hand on her face and the wiped the tears away. "No matter what happens." He whispered as he walked passed her. "I'll always find away for us to be together."

After he left her chambers. L/n y/n felt her heart breaking and everything around her felt so cluttered. She knew that she still loved him but it wasn't the love he wanted from her. It was a different kind of love. As she stared at her reflection, she still remembered the great times they had together.

"Young master, thank you for rescuing me." said L/n y/n as she thanked Jīn Guāngyáo.

Jīn Guāngyáo chuckled, and responded "You should be careful next time. This is no place for a lady such as yourself."

L/n y/n introduced herself "I'm L/n Y/n from the L/n sect."

Jīn Guāngyáo and L/n y/n often visited each other when they had time. Soon their friendship started to turn into love. They both knew their feelings for each other but Jīn Guāngyáo was afraid that L/n y/n would never accept him because was the son of a prost*tute. But L/n y/n didn't care about Jīn Guāngyáo being the son of a prost*tute. All she wanted was to be with him but fate had other plans.

"Ā-Yáo!" cried L/n y/n.

"Y/n, what happened? Why is your face so sad?" asked Jīn Guāngyáo as he caressed her cheek and wiped all of her tears.

"Ā-Yáo, I overheard Ā-Diē and Ā-Niáng talking about an arrangement between Sect Leader Jīn and them. They want me to marry Jīn Zixuān." sobbed L/n y/n. "I tried to explain to them that I don't want to marry him and that I want to marry you. But they said why do you want to married to the son of a prost*tute, and then they just laughed at me."

It broke Jīn Guāngyáo's heart to see the love of his life heart broken. Why was fate so cruel to him? He was laughed at for being the son of a prost*tute. Everything he wanted was given to Jīn Zixuān. Jīn Zixuān took everything from him and now he was taking L/n y/n away from him.

"Don't cry my love. No matter what happens I will find away for us to be together and forever." (Is it just me or does Jīn Guāngyáo give me yandere vibes?") said Jīn Guāngyáo as he dried her tears.

Jīn Guāngyáo tried everything he could. He tried to explain to Madam Jīn and Sect Leader Jīn that L/n Y/n shouldn't marry Jīn Zixuān but they still didn't listen to him no matter what. Jīn Guāngyáo knew he was losing time since L/n Y/n and Jīn Zixuān were soon to be wed. But he was too late.

"Ā-Yáo, I'm sorry." wept L/n y/n. "I love you but I can't see you anymore. I have Jīn Zixuān's child and I'm about to be wedded to him soon. I love you, Ā-Yáo. But things have changed and I don't deserve your love."

"I loved you, Ā-y/n. I still love you. But you clearly don't love me anymore. Even though you don't love me anymore I will always find a way to bring you to me. " whispered Jīn Guāngyáo as he left her chambers.

Guilt was eating L/n y/n. She knew that she didn't love Jīn Guāngyáo anymore but she still felt like she owed him since he saved her life many years ago. She promised herself that she wouldn't end up falling in love with Jīn Zixuān since she knew about Jīn Guāngyáo's past. But she broke that promised.
