I ran downstairs coat, gloves, and hats at the ready. I have been waiting for him to come home as he knew I was a hopeless romantic self-proclaimed to be exact. Holding boombox in hand as he grabbed my hand and started to dance with me. I grinned from ear to ear, I couldn't help but smile. This man truly knew my heartstrings. Placing the boombox on the stairs as he kissed my cheek. I didn't see the snowball behind his back as he hit my coat. Laughing as I threw one back befitting as we spun around while the snow continued to poor down. I love this man to the ends of the Earth. Nothing prepared me for what he did next. 'I will love you forever.' we spoke in unison. 

I watched as he started another snowman, and I finished. Little did I know he had more surprises for me. I started to throw another snow ball when my hand fell. He was on bended knee, ring in hand as he professed his love. I accepted and said Yes! He said he will get a better ring, I told him he didn't need to get another this one was perfect. Picking me up as he hugged me, I loved him more than life itself and thanked God that I have been blessed to have such an amazing person in my life flaws and all.
