I find peace when the world is quiet when the birds fly by.
No arguing or crying
Just peace
I find peace within a sacred space
The space that is my own
Alone with my thoughts
When the world is silent
The joy's of silence truly makes me whole
The waves of the water as they come onto shore
The seashells that are found and the sand squishing within my toes
Fact that I can lay down in the sand close my eyes and become one with Earth.
