Started off as a broke girl
Who thought she was beyond fixing
And thought had no oneTired and bruised, she stood up and walked down the path made for her
Dragging her feet to wherever it leads her
And went forwardShe experienced more pain
Friends who were fakes
And people leavingIn the middle of the road, she became tired
Collapsing, she took a rest
Rest that she wantedRegaining her strength, she dragged herself upon the road
Moving forward and forgetting those who hurt herA sigh of relief escaped her lips
As she saw that the road had ended
And reached her destinationThere, she was welcomed
Cared for, loved
And most importantly, she healed
