"I really can't be bothered with detention." Elladora groaned as she and Sirius walked down the corridor towards the Defence Against The Dark Arts classroom where Yaxley was probably waiting to give them the worst detention anyone in this school had ever seen.

After her emotional time at Hagrid's where he gave a heart-breaking recount of how she had acted over the years and had drastically improved over her sixth-year, Elladora had returned to the castle and on her way, saw the boy's sat under the shady tree that they claimed when it was sunny which is was that afternoon. She still had the thoughts of her nightmare and Sebastian in her head but brushed it off with Hagrid's comforting words and not so comforting retell of his own nightmare about the mandrakes.

The boy's had been concerned about her face that looked like she had been crying when she approached them, especially since she would've had time to let it die down if she were to make the long trek up to the castle again but they had been under the tree and had waved her over. She practically collapsed onto Peter's cloak he had laid out as a blanket when she had gotten there, taking a moment to just breath in the peace before the looming presence of Yaxley she would have to endure later in the evening.

Remus was reading Pride and Prejudice when she got there and she had grinned at the sight of it, happy that he was reading the book she had gotten him for his birthday. He mouthed the dialogue slightly as he read, like he was acting it out in his head and the way his eyebrows creased in concentration at a word he maybe didn't understand made her smile even more amusedly before she looked away in order not to seem creepy. She knew how creepy it was to catch someone staring at you, having had experience from all the drama of the past year.

The group had stayed there for a few hours, just talking and laughing at stupid jokes, complaining about teachers and helping Peter with his notes he was revising for the end of yea exams. He and Elladora had laid side by side on their stomachs on his cloak and she had helped him with things he didn't understand from the textbook, James and Sirius making fun of them for their studying but only receiving crude hand gestures from Peter which made Elladora laugh.

"It's likely to be worse than scrubbing the floors." Sirius replied, shoving his hands in the pockets of his pants as they walked, him with the same swagger he always had and Elladora with her posture as perfect as ever. "Did you see his face when he gave us the detention? Arousal, that's what it was."

"Ew." She scrunched her nose up in disgust at his words, shuddering at the thought he had put in her head. They strolled past a suit or armour stood beside them that glittered in the piercing moonlight that flooded in through the gaps of the walls that surrounded the courtyard with the fountain in the middle that supplied echoing sounds of water slapping water.

"Like Filch," Sirius continued with a thoughtful smile, the both of them turning a quick corner and growing ever so closer to the Defence classroom. "Probably gets off on torturing children with chores."
